What a find in Roseville. This place opens up early on the weekends. We needed breakfast after an all night casino binger. We ordered both longsilogs and the pork rib silog with a side of lumpia. You walk in and are welcomed with a warm greeting which feels a little like home. Both silogs were nicely presented and eggs were perfectly cooked. Giving this 5+ stars for the friendly service and amazing food. I'm a big fan of Adoboink.

Friendly staff, easy parking. Limited number of tables inside. Ordered several items from their menu to go. Will talk about each one. Pancit had a nice amount of veggies and meat. But it was dry and very bland. Almost as if seasoning was forgotten? Garlic rice was also dry and didn't have any garlic taste at all. Both were disappointing. I ended up adding my own flavor at home to dress them up a bit and so I could eat them. Both 1/5.Afritada was good. Flavor was there, good portion of meat and veggies. Nice amount of sauce to coat it all. Maybe a bit on the salty side but overall good. 3/5.Kaldareta was good. Beef was tender and had a good amount of sauce and flavor. 3/5.Lumpia was done well. No complaints about it. 5/5.As a disclaimer I cook all of this at home so I am basing it on that. It's nice to have a Filipino restaurant nearby but a few of the items just didn't hit the mark. If I were to suggest something it would be to enhance the flavor of the pancit and garlic rice by tenfold and make the pancit less dry.

It was our first time trying Adoboink and it was delicious! This is not your typical traditional Filipino food. It is more like a fusion. We ordered the sisig bowl, pancit special, and banana turon. Sisig bowl 4/5 - Large portions of sisig. Seasoning was on point. We noticed the garlic rice was made with basmati rice. Wanted it to come with the egg on top. Pancit special 5/5 - Not your typical pancit. Came with huge chunks of lechon. Amazing crispy skin and comes with sauce. Banana turon 3/5 - Only came with 2 pieces. Not too sweet and sauce was great. Would recommend they use a different type of wrapper. Service was awesome and friendly. The seating inside was a little cramped. There's not that many tables especially if you have a large group. We got our food to-go. The menu focused more on silog plates, bao, and bowls. Wish they had more soup options like pork sinigang or beef nilaga. However, we would come again to try the other dishes.

This place is delicious! They gave me enough food for two meals! So I was happy about that part too! I don't get to eat philipino food as much now that I don't work with them anymore but this place makes super good pancet and the chicken was tender hot and delicious ! I am definitely coming back here probably for the same thing again if I am in the area! I can never get enough Ube and this cheesecake is on point.

This is a cozy little eatery in the neighborhood. I must say, my favorite dish here is the oompias! They come in three tasty and satisfying bites. Just the right amount of crunch and filling. The entrees were also great and generously portioned. We really enjoyed the adobo and pork belly. And the turon dessert is a must try. The staff were super friendly and polite. Overall, it was a good dining experience.

I finally got to try this filipino restaurant for lunch on Sunday. The ordering place is at the back of the restaurant. The place is quite small but it has some tables for dine in customers.- Lechon rice bowl with garlic rice: the skin was super crispy, the pork was very flavorful and tender. The rice was fluffy but the garlic flavor was very subtle. The vegetables were perfectly cooked - not mushy & well seasoned.- Chicken sisig bowl with garlic rice: just ok. The chicken pieces were tender but lack of flavor.- Pork oompa lumpia: the lumpia pieces were scrumptious!!! Instead of traditional rolled lumpia, they were shaped like fried wonton with the pork filing in the center. The wrap was super crispy and not oily. The pork filling was super flavorful and the meat was tender.- Sparkling calamansi drink: it was refreshing with a hint of sour lime and had perfect sweetness.- Chicken inasal with garlic rice: good. The chicken was perfectly cooked: tender and flavorful. The rice was fluffy.

FOOD- Oompia Lumpia: 3 open-faced lumpia. I tried both the pork and chicken. Both were good. 4/5- Adobo Bao: pork adobo topped with slaw, in a steamed bun. Love a good bao. Side of fries. Pretty good fries. 4/5- Pancit Special: clear noodles with chicken, lechon, sweet sausages, and vegetables. This plate is huge. Very filling. The meats were good but the flavor was okay. 3.75/5- Chicken Sisig: chicken adobo with roasted veggies, onions, and jalapeños with rice. Good flavor. Big portion. 4/5- Calamansi juice: Filipino lemonade. Very refreshing. My kiddos loved it. 4/5SERVICE: Fast and very friendly. 5/5FINAL THOUGHTS: I would come back. The food was good overall. I would like to try other items on the menu.

It is SO HARD to find a good quality Filipino restaurant and this place hit the spot. They have lighter fare for those interested as well. There are definitely healthier twists on traditional fare. The owners are awesome and gave us complimentary drinks after we had been waiting a while.
