Having chemo and losing your hair is no joke. I wasn't happy with wearing the turbans and other head coverings it wasn't me. Went to the Wig galleria and there was my hairstyle calling out to me. I bot the wig but still was hesitant to wear as so many wigs look fake. I WAS WRONG! I got so many compliments on the wig and how natural it looked and no one would know it was a wig if they didn't know I was wearing a wig !! I was so happy now I'm thinking about going back buying another one . It's very comfortable on my head even my oncologist had suggested no wig it's too hot!! So far he was wrong! I went wig shopping with a friend who is about to start chemo treatment. Jennifer at the Wig Galleria was super patient, helpful and understanding. She was so gentle fitting my friend with various wig styles. I really appreciated her professionalism and low key sales pressure. My friend needs time and I hope she ready to buy something for herself at the Wig Galleria.

I was reluctant to do business with them because I have heard through different sources the staff was short tempered and unpleasant! I contacted them twice by phone and that's exactly what I felt! Dog pee stains on carpet, smells in building. Purchased 2 wigs. Wigs were fine, but they need to take better care of the environment for customers. Won't return.

This is the absolute worst store I've ever been to. They just want to take your money and get you out!! They are way overpriced and the customer service is horrible. They have no business or people skills. They didn't appear to have enough knowledge of the product to even match the hair. The woman running the store is extremely rude. She totally got the order wrong and then was pissed off because we returned the wig. I'm not surprised that the side window is boarded up and that there is a bullet hole in the front door. Which has been there for the past 3 weeks. I would never recommend this business to anyone!!!!

Tuesday 10-11-23 I went to the wig galleria to buy a wig. I had bought my last two at Wigs R You but wanted to check out this business that I was aware of. No sales technique there. Took a few minutes for someone to come out of the back carrying her dog. I must say the carpet in that place left me feeling a bit gross. I asked to try on some wigs, sat down and was left on my own to do this. No customer service. I really thought I was an inconvenience rather than a customer wanting to buy a wig which I was prepared to do.. I ended up just saying thank you and left.

I have been going to this store for about 15 years. I have now moved to the Desert and made a trip up to Citrus Heights to purchase 3 scrunchies. Two of my existing color and one a shade lighter. The bill was $161.63 which I paid on site. They were to order the product and mail it to me at my cost. I received 3 of the same color and waited over 2 weeks to talk to anyone. After making multiple calls a week I finally spoke to the mother and daughter who admitted it was their fault and told me to mail the incorrect one at my cost ($17.00) I explained that they were at fault and I had already paid for the initial mailing. The response was that is why we don't like to mail the product.I should have been told that but was told by the daughter I write the receipt so I can understand it but it was sent out by someone else. My copy of the receipt was very clear. There was no offer to paY for the shipping when it was their error and now I do not have the correct order. BAD BUSINESS..YOUR ERROR...YOU COVER IT!

I was there last week, I almost didn't go because of the bad reviews, but after going to a place that had pretty good reviews and being completely disappointed, I decided to give the shop a shot, I had nothing to lose and we were looking for a wig for my aunt.The place look a little funky, but the sales person, I want to say her name is Jessica, came out and immediately started asking questions about what we were looking for, Not only she was super kind, she was very helpful, my and aunt tried on a bunch of wigs, and Jessica was kind enough to let us go outside check them on the daylight, she educate us about the care care of the wigs, storing them, washing them etc.We honestly had such a great experience that I don't know what these reviews are about. My aunt purchased a beautiful wig, it was around $425 (which is was same quote we got at the other shop and was one of the most expensive ones)The difference is, the wigs were more modern, Jessica offered to order the same style in different colors because we were not sure about some of the colors, but more than anything her customer service.Not only I will recommend the shop to other people, if we ever need another wig will be back.
