So, wait....after all these decades the Touch is just closed??? No longer an establishment that was forever a staple here in Sac? All because of rent issues? That's crazeeee. Can someone else open it back up?

Cool neighborhood bar that has it all. Great food, cheap drinks, live comedy, and karaoke.

First and foremost, the food is Bomb.com! Chef Lucci Yuponce knows what he is doing in the kitchen. The food is flavorful, consistent, affordable, and good sized portions. Hands down the best mussels I've ever had, and the chicken wings are a must try. The crowd is mostly 30-60's African-American, and with so few choices in Sacramento for this type of crowd, it is very refreshing. Everyone is friendly, and inviting including the bartenders and staff. The music is great, drinks are cheap and strong, and they usually have something different going on every night of the week. The karaoke Wednesday's are a blast. Overall, this is a great place to unwind after work to eat, drink, and socialize!

I had read a few reviews before I decided to check this place out for the first time since I wasn't sure if I wanted to stop in, but let me tell you ~ **NEVER judge a book by its cover ** Now that I've been to this spot a few times let me just say...If you haven't already read about it in their other reviews, even I can vouch for the fact that the food REALLY is as good as they say! I've tried a few different things on the menu now and I'm always impressed! There are two separate rooms/bar areas. Each has something different going on depending on the day & what you're in the mood for but no matter what day it is, every person who works there is always respectful & friendly.My girlfriends and I go for karaoke on Wednesdays because you won't find a better DJ/KJ anywhere either, especially if you love singin' some R&B! Then Sundays they usually have comedy and the line up is pretty cool, too!! Don't be shy... check it out the next time you're in the area.Already looking forward to going again!

The best drink specials and garlic butter mussels ever! The staff is awesome from the security at the door who greets you with a smile..to the DJ always on point..the bartender Atiya will NOT disappoint with her always creating new drinks to try.. and Lucci the chef is awesome.. he can pretty much make anything you want!!! And Every Friday they have an event with live music, live band playing, live painting also going on and it's located all right here also but in the Cacoon Room. You gotta check it out. Daily they always have something going on! Plenty of TV's to watch games and also plenty of pool tables!!

Love this old place, it's been around for years! Great bartendress. She was awesome, good music, nice outdoor patio.
