Such a coolLittle bookstore. Love it so much. Came here for a coffee hour; met great People. So many fun books and items to look at. Great little cafe. Met the owner and she is super helpful, funny and supportive of all !! Employees are nice and helpful; cute little playroom for the kiddos. Even a quiet room for sensory needs. I will be coming back. They also have open mic nights, lots of other events here. Thank you for a nice little bookstore that is open and accepting of all.

What a gem of a place! In spite of frequenting the area, I didn't even know this cafe existed until I looked up coffee shops in town. I arrived close to opening so I got to enjoy an extra freshly brewed cup of coffee--dark, delicious and piping hot. Seating is aplenty so it's a good spot to work and study. Service was warm and friendly. There was nice jazzy, ambient music playing. I didn't get to deep dive into their book selection but did notice that they have top sellers along with a wide variety of inclusive reads. Love it.

We happened to pass by here, so we decided to try their Latte. Their drink was good and not too warm. The place has many books, which is great. The staff is friendly. They also have story time for the kids, which is even cooler. The plaza has plenty of parking.

Stopped in for a quick coffee this morning. I've been here a couple of times before and was always pleased with their coffee offerings. Today was no exception. The barista was cheerful and friendly. I ordered a sugar free Carmel latte. I wanted it breve but they had run out of half and half. Oh well. They have a nice collection of books and it's quiet! There is music playing but it plays softly in the background and so you can still have a nice conversation. If you're looking for a nice quiet place where you can browse some books, drink a nicely done beverage and enjoy a quiet conversation, this is it!

There are so many ways to make books and coffee an extremely cozy environment. None of such were implemented at the place! It looks like school library or store room! Tragic!

Our high school held our 10 year reunion here and it was super cute. We had three baristas working in case we wanted more drinks. I did have come time to check out the books they had, a lot seemed interested. They seemed to a large collection of fictional books if anyone's looking to find a new one. They also had a shelf for staff recommendations, which I thought was pretty cute. They also have an area for karaoke, which I didn't realize. But that's pretty cool.If you check in here, you get a cute A Seat at the Table Books sticker too. The other stickers they had for sale were really cute but I had too much stickers at the moment and forced myself to be a bit more responsible. Thank you for hosting our event!

This bookstore and cafe needs all the love! I love their cafe selection (and that they have beer and wine available) I love the selection of books, the local creators that have their items available here and the events that they put on throughout the year. I also love that they're an inclusive a safe place for people to come.I've lost count of how many times I've stopped by, whether it's for a quick cup of coffee, a snack or to pick up a new book. I do know that everytime the team there has made me feel welcome. The drinks are always delicious and I like to ask the baristas to surprise me with their latest drink or favorite drink. Sometimes I'll grab some pastries when I'm craving something sweet to pair with my coffee and I love that they have local vendors.I follow them on Instagram as well and while I can't make it to all the fun events they do I often have FOMO from the cool things they do to bring the community together.

Books and cafes are the best combination I came here to check it out since the cafe popped up on 2G2G - to be honest I wasn't too impressed with that offering, since I was given an iced coffee and slice of (I think) banana bread. But that's the way it goes with 2G2G, you never know what you're going to get, and if you happen to be looking for a quick afternoon snack/pick-me-up, it's not a bad selection. When ordering from any drink place, this is the risk you take (thinking of all the meh boba drinks I've received ). If possible I try to order something extra from the 2G2G participants to show my appreciation for their participation, and to support small businesses that I like Besides, half the point is to discover new places that I might otherwise not go. I'm not a coffee person, but I had the idea of asking if the iced coffee could be doctored with extra to make it into something I would drink (for an extra charge, of course) instead of wasting it - the barista suggested pumps of chocolate and milk, and I had her do that and ordered 3 beignets drizzled with dark chocolate as well. The beignets were delicious and the doctored coffee turned out perfectly, so thanks to Sophia for the suggestion. The cafe had quite a few people at the tables, most on laptops. The music was unobtrusive and they appear to have a good selection of curated books and gift-type items. It's pretty obvious there's a focus on inclusivity if that's something you're looking for specifically. I'll be honest here and say most gifts I looked at were a little out of my personal price range, but within the realm of normal these days. Similarly, I thought the drinks and pastries were somewhat on the high side (for example, $5.99 for the loaf slice), but the menu items like breakfast sandwiches ($8.49) were more normal.Anyway, 5 stars because the ambiance was pleasant and the space is nicely laid out. I enjoyed my friendly interaction with Sophia, who was helpful with suggestions and very communicative.

I love that we finally have a bookstore in town, and that it's a local business. They also have goods supporting other local businesses and hold local events. I wish I had another third space like this when I was younger. The cafe has pretty good items too. I am buying all my books from here :)
