5 Stars - Best Workout in Elk Grove!I've been coming to 9Round Kickboxing Fitness on Elk Grove Blvd for a while now, and it's hands down one of the best workouts I've ever had! The trainers here are incredibly enthusiastic--they bring the energy every single session, pushing you to keep punching, kicking, and giving it your all. You never feel alone in your workout because they're right there, cheering you on and making sure you stay motivated.One of the best parts? The 1-on-1 training with pads and focus mitts. When the trainers call you over, get ready--it's fast, intense, and so much fun! It really helps sharpen your technique, boost your confidence, and get your heart racing in the best way. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out!If you want a high-energy, no-nonsense workout with trainers who actually care about your progress, 9Round Elk Grove is the place to be. Highly recommend!

This place has the best, most fun, kick ass workout ever! The trainers are freaking amazing. No class times to rush and make. I'm horrible at getting to set class times so this is awesome. Despite no class times there isn't a wait even when they're busy, you can just start at a different station than station 1 or warm up. Each station is 3 minutes so honestly even if you are waiting to start it's a very short wait. I can not say enough good things about this place.

Have been trying to cancel with this scam of a company for 2 months. They are never open, never pick up their phone, never respond to emails or texts. I have tried to make contact with he Corporate 9 Rounds but they put it down to being a franchise.I have filed a complaint with the BBB to get them to stop trying to bill me. The finance folks told me they have to take an extra 30 days to cancel. It's been 7 weeks now.DO NOT USE THIS STORE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

I had my first workout today. I worked out with Ryan. He has a great positive attitude and really helped keep my motivated. He helped me with my form and pushed me when I was slowing down. The gym was very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The equipment was in great condition and the different stations were easy to understand. My workout was challenging and exhausting, but a lot of fun. I absolutely recommend this place.

Alright... this chica is NOT a "traditional gym go-er" lol... I trained in Muay Thai Kickboxing a long time ago, and that set a very disciplined precedence for me. I love pad work and I love to be challenged, tested, and yelled at. Haha. That's just what I respond to. Although there is no yelling here, there are definitely great trainers that are consistently pushing your limits. (Very appreciated!)Membership includes a heart monitor (be prepared to come up with your "fight name" for their monitor), gloves, carrying bag, water bottle, and wraps.Lockers are available and regardless of what time you show up, you can jump into your workout. There is no set time in classes, you just jump into the next available station. The trainers also do a great job at keeping the place clean and sanitary. First class is free!

I've really been enjoying coming here. The place is very clean and the employees clean/wipe the equipment as you move along. Ryan and Riley were very nice and motivating. They have a great positive attitude. When my form was wrong they would both correct me. I love the workouts because they tell you what to do and each day it changes to be more challenging. I used the two week trial for $29. I might just come back and purchase a membership. Only thing is that it's more on the expensive side for me.

While this place is a great concept and I enjoyed my time there....do not sign up unless you plan on a lifetime commitment as I have been trying for three months to cancel my membership...First I completed a form as instructed and emailed it in and I was still charged.... 2nd month I was given another email that did not work so I walked my request in and explained my situation to the owner who promised me to take care of it personally....here we are month 3 and I am still getting charged 85$ for a membership I am not using due to health reasons and work constraints....be warned if you are not ready to pay forever due to irresponsible management and nefarious blatant theft.

Best gym around. I'm all about supporting local, especially during this weird time everyone is living in. The owner, Ryan is kind and helpful and so is the staff! It's also the cleanest gym around! The staff constantly cleans and disinfects the equipment. Love it here!

Notified the owner in writing that I want my membership canceled due to health reasons. Still being charged on a monthly basis. Do not sign up at this place.

Same issue as previous reviewers. I notified them via a call and email to cancel my membership at the beginning of January. I was still charged for January and February. So I called and emailed again. Then I disputed the charges with my credit card and got the money back. Now I'm getting calls, texts and emails about "past due balances" I've sent several emails with no response.
