916 Virtual Reality Game Truck

We hired this truck for my son's birthday. Great way to keep the kids busy and out of the house. Great customer service. On time. Very clean set up. Impressed with how the owner worked with the kids. I would definitely recommend 916 virtual reality.

We got superb service from them. We had plenty of kids who came for my son's Bday party, and the host's organization was admirable and he was able to manage them so well. He came early enough to prep the truck and stayed long enough for all the kids to have a great time. Super highly recommended!

Only absolutely positive things to say about this experience! From very first setting up this party and all the way through. Amazing customer service! They asked what type of games or generes my son liked and allowed us to pay either all the way up front, or in payments. It was super easy because I was splitting the cost of the party with my sons dad so he was able to pay his part without us ever needing to exchange money! The party came with 2 hosts (I'm assuming the owners) and they were early! Set up was great. I was texted when they were 5 mins away. All the kids sanitize their hands before coming in and the hosts stay with the kids and help them transition. It's nice and air conditioned in there. Such a huge plus! The party started promptly and ended on time and It was an absolute blast. My son had a great birthday party! He's been asking for about 2 years and I'm so glad we could make it happen for him. 10/10 recommend!

From the moment we first spoke with Jay, we knew we made the right choice for our sons 11th birthday party. Booking was easy and communication along the way was excellent. Every little detail was catered to the individual request of our son including what games for the consoles and what kind of VR games. Jay arrived as promised 40 minutes before the party and began setting up where we had planned. Jay also had Nicky with him to be game hosts to make sure each kid was entertained and playing what they wanted.Every little detail on the day was thought of including wiping down equipment each use, allowing kids in and out of the trailer when needed, air conditioning and fans keeping the whole trailer nice and cool while pushing 100 degrees outside. Jay and Nicky continued to check in regularly, knew when kids wanted to change games and were genuinely really nice people invested in making sure everyone had a blast.They have a F1 VR game and a flight simulator/jet fighter mission VR game that kept adults and kids having a blast! Jay and Nicky delivered on everything as promised and excelled in making the party exceed our expectations. Most importantly, our son and his friends had the best time and not one complaint was had. We definitely will be looking at another VR/Game party with Jay in the future.

This is the second time using 916 VR Game Truck and I'd use it again and again. Very professiona, very clean, always on time, and always a GREAT time. Thank you again 916 VR Game Truck for a great party!

Kids had a blast. They were on time as promised. Very organized. Impressed that they had kids sanitize their hands every time they went in the truck.. a little pricey but worth the money.

Great time for our Son's 8th birthday. They arrived early and did a great job keeping all the kids entertained for the entire time. Highly recommend!

Second time booking with 916VR Game Truck. Definitely will be using again for future events. I've booked another truck in the past before finding 916 VR Game Truck and this one blows everything else out of the water. I think the staff just sets this company over the top. The kids AND adults loved playing the games. The staff keeps you up to date on everything from the booking to the moment you step on. Definitely made the party so much more enjoyable.
