Recently purchased a custom poker table from here and I couldn't be happier with it! Eric worked with me on designing a one of kind layout and it came out great. All my friends love it and now poker night will always be at my house!

I couldn't be more please to give someone 5 stars. I've been in the gaming industry for a while and vendors aren't always as responsive or prompt. 916 poker always gets it right. Eric is on top of his customer service, quality, and processing time. I can't even recall a time I had to follow up. He's helped quote and provide me the following: Table felts, casino chips, dealer drawers and vendors list to assist me in operating.

These guys worked with me a lot to get what we wanted with the right price. Once we finalized that, we had about 5 weeks to get the table finished and shipped before a big party at our new house - the table simply had to be there on time. Received the table just in time and it was a huge hit! One girl even spilled multiple drinks on it, but the cloth was spill resistant as advertised. Everyone was amazed at that as well.It is heavy! Especially when first delivered. It took me longer to unpack from shipping, bring parts inside, and dispose of crate than it did to assemble. Not all the markings were added for assembly instructions (guessing due to our critical rush request) but assembly was still very easy for us. 30 minutes?We have played various board and card games on it every day so far. So impressed with our experience getting a poker table from Eric!! He went above and beyond, and we ended up with a table we love. Not only is the table high quality, but the service was excellent as well! My husband, Nate, did the majority of the interaction when it came to getting the table (let's be honest, the table was more for him than me hahah!), but he was so impressed with the whole process. The communication was great, Eric worked with Nate on the pick-up, he was extremely helpful with all Nate's questions, he made us feel like he really valued our business, and he was professional through it all.
