18 Grams Coffee & Tea

I've been to 18 Grams several times and one thing I love about this coffee shop that it's consistent in terms of service and quality. The baristas are always friendly and the coffee is good. I hadn't had a bad drink yet, and I tried most drinks on the menu. I also love the able pastries they have, I used to get the muffins all the time because they're one of the best in towns. If your new to town, or just visiting, I highly recommend this coffee shop a town staple! If your planning on staying though I would recommend coming early to snag a table, this place does get busy! (Proof that the service and quality is good) Just writing this makes me want to come back, and I'm already at the coffee shop writing this review!

I came to this coffee shop on a whim as I was going to an event that was around the corner and had some time to kill. When I got there it was roughly 1:30 and the place was busy but not crowded. It was very cozy as you walked in because the scent of coffee and sweet treats were definitely in the air which made the space feel very homey. The one call out was definitely around the service. It was my first time at this coffee shop and I wasn't sure if I had to order at the pad that was on the left hand side or at the spot where it looked like there was a cash register. I stood there for about a minute and a half and when no one acknowledged me he said hi or just gave me a welcome, I decided that it would be best to order from the pad. Again that is the one call out it would have been nice to have been greeted by someone to understand what was best to do at the time. Boarding process itself was simple clicked on the items paid for it and probably within 7 to 9 minutes both of my items are ready. I purchased a iced coffee with a salted cream top and an ube muffin that was warmed up. The ube muffin was just the right amount of sweetness there was a nice crunch on the top as you bid into it and the ube flavor was definitely tasted throughout each bite. The iced coffee with the salted cream top was superb. I definitely tasted the cream on its own and it again was a rich silkiness of cream with a great flavor of salt. Definitely recommend mixing it into the iced coffee because it just really enhance the flavor of the coffee itself. Overall I would definitely go back to this place and try the other items on their menu.

Finally got to try this place as I'm back in Elk Grove visiting some family for the holidays!I scavenge far and wide for ube lattes of all sorts so I was SO excited to try this one. I was suuuuper bummed though because the only complaint I had was they were out of oat milk and it was like.. 11 am. I settled for almond milk instead but I just can't fully enjoy my lattes without oat milk! It honestly was still super good though so I wasn't too upset. 8/10 for the iced ube latte.I bought my boyfriend a strawberry matcha latte with almond milk also and he also would have preferred oat as well. It was decent! I give it a 6.5/10, I've definitely had better, but it was still good. It reminded me of the strawberry nesquik milk for some reason lol.The bacon burrito was also decent. The tortilla was crunchy on the edges outside and I honestly really love that LOL so I'll give it a 7/10.Overall decent first experience but if I come back next time and they have oat milk, I swear y'all could get me to rate 5 stars.

It was my first time visiting this coffee shop but as a huge coffee lover, this place exceeded my expectations! The Vietnamese hazelnut and 1987 were my drinks and the most popular selection here. I can definitely see why people come here because the ambiance is so chill and have a few seats to talk with friends.The service was great as the drinks came out really fast.I highly recommend coming here!

This is a cute little coffee shop with small seating area inside and a few tables outside. I was on the go and ordered black iced tea and my breakfast burrito to go. The service was friendly, fast and my burrito was piping hot. This was a coffee shop breakfast burrito, not a taco shop breakfast burrito, meaning it's on the small side and pricey. Luckily the flavor was there. This was a bacon breakfast burrito and I really enjoyed that bacon was chopped up and not just one single strip. It did have too much tortilla for such a small burrito, but it still satiated me.I opted for a black iced tea, but their coffee menu looked great and had all the staples; lattes, americanos, cold brews, and a few specialty drinks. The black tea was delicious and hit the spot. They only offer one other tea option, but it's non-caffeinated. No thanks, I need the boost.There's plenty of parking here, but it was packed at 8:30am, due to the Crunch Gym next door. Maybe hold off to avoid the morning workout rush and lack of parking.

4 stars only cause they have no selection of pastries. Other than that everything else is great. From staff to location.

Good coffee! I got the 1982, and the lavender honey latte. I liked the customization and the iPad ordering so you don't have to interact with anyone

We both got the Butter beer Iced Coffee and it was good! I'd definitely go back. Service was great, it got a little busy but it's nice.

Was craving a matcha ube latte and a ube muffin. The latte wasn't on the menu but decided to ask and they accomodated my request. The latte was delicious and the ube flavor was well balanced with the matcha. The drink was well made eventhough it isn't a regular drink item. The ube muffin was one of the best I've had. It was served warm. The top had a sugar crumble and ube flavor was the perfect amount of ube. It was delicious.!!
