I was visiting Chicago and saw this sushi spot on Yelp and had to try it out! I ordered to my hotel and OMG it was so good! Here is what I ordered and how I would rate:- Spicy scallop roll (8.5/10)- Eel roll (10/10)- Salmon avocado roll (10/10)- Salmon nigiri (10/10)The salmon nigiri was so buttery and the rolls were soft and flavorful. I wish they were in Dallas - I would be ordering on the reg! :)

I really enjoyed having dinner here for a couple of reasons. The service is efficient and minimal. Employees aren't really playing the role of servers and just let you be while being vigilant if anything is needed. I appreciated and loved that. Secondly, the food was so yummy in my tummy. I had the sweet potato roll (a superb roll) & I'm not too sure what the other roll was (I kind of just picked a random one). Both rolls tasted fresh and were just the right temperature.

We decided to eat at Ryo Sushi Japanese Cuisine to get dinner before we headed to the Chicago airport. We were seated in the very back (next to the restroom). However, due to the layout, we could not see the restroom as the door was on our left and out of eye view. However, the wall was the restroom wall.We ordered Japanese Fried Chicken as our appetizer. I had the Shrimp Tempura entree. The other dish ordered was the Shrimp Tempura Roll, California Roll, and Tuna Roll Lunch entree which was shared by 2 people. Everything was delicious and was enough food for 3 people.I thought the waitress would forget about us being out of sight from the main part of the restaurant. She didn't. She came back to check on us periodically. She said the restaurant has been in business for 3 years. We would eat here again. It is conveniently located across the street from "The Bean" in Millennium Park.

First time coming in and tried the Mango Dragon roll. By far the best I've had in a long time. They were pretty generous with the ingredients and on top of that, service is fast.

Needed a place to eat near millennium park, and this place fit the bill! It wasn't too crowded, seemed like mostly families having lunch, so I was seated and served right away. They have decent lunch specials, and I added nigiri to my two roll combo. I will say, I like Philadelphia Rolls, but these were very heavy on the cream cheese. I do love any place that offers saba, which sometimes you don't see, so I'm happy.

If you're looking for a quick sushi bite on a budget, this is the place for you. I had all this for less than for $40. The fish is not omakase level and rather bland. I'm not dishing the establishment but for the price, it's what you'll get. At least there was no fishy odor and tasted clean. Just not at the level of a higher quality sushi joint. The staff are friendly and helpful. Clean and open. Nice touristy atmosphere. I was disappointed that they did not serve any alcohol. That would've made the meal a little better. As much as I had, I left still feeling hungry. There are better sushi restaurants in Chicago but you'll pay a higher premium. Enjoy at your own prerogative.

Both sushi rolls were amazing. Service was good, rolls were brought out about 10 min or so apart. Nice little sushi spot.

Had gyosas, California and Spicy Tuna rolls and was very disappointed. Sushi did not taste fresh, the rice seemed like I'd been defrosted. Overall flavor just wasn't there either was surprised and bummed as it was far from the restaurants rating.

Was super happy to find this sushi spot in the loop when we needed a break from classic Chicago pizza-hotdog tasting. The place was not packed and didn't require reservations. The ambiance was chill, and waiters gave us all attention needed. We ordered 3 sushi rolls and food came quickly. We really liked all of them, fish and other ingredients were fresh and I'd say that we were delighted by the size of these rolls. The prices were more than fair and location is just perfect. Overall it's a great sushi spot!
