The food was ok. It didn't hit the spot like it usually does it was just off not sure what is was about it.. Great indoor seating and vibe. Employees were kind.

The service was prompt and friendly. Salsa bar was full but onion didn't taste fresh at all. The food was ok. Nothing too special. Guacamole lucked taste. Mahi mahi had a weird taste. Most likely will not come back. Although the store was clean. May be they need to fix up the recipes a bit.

Excellent location, clean professional, friendly highly recommended awesome staff! Support this location they deserve and will surely not disappoint!

Came over here and tried some of their tacos. The food wasn't outstanding but it wasn't bad either.

I'm sorry but I'm disappointed. We ordered a California bowl with shrimp and a chicken quesadilla. Absolutely nothing special... my shrimp on my bowl were okayyyy but lacking flavor and spice. The bowl price was not made for what was in my bowl. My husbands quesadilla was "Taco Bell" grade. Nothing special whatsoever. Give it a shot as fast food option but we won't be trying again unfortunately.

This was the second experience I've had with Ruubio's lately.Was a little disappointed. Had the shrimp and bacon burrito last time and loved it. This time got the seecomd shrimp burrito option on the menu and found it pretty bland, sadly.Got a burrito and chips and guacamole to go. Felt like it took quite a while to get my order. Wasn't told about the app or frequent customer incentives program by cashier so missed out on credit for my visit, sadly.Also thought putting guacamole on top of c to go is asking for soggy chips.Will probably go back to try other items and/or to get the burrito that actually had flavor Update-I painstakingly typed in the url they said to use to contact them and link is broken. Also emailed their website AND...NOTHING!Update 2- got a very generic email. Not sure what they were attempting to accomplish...

I ordered a curbside pickup order and when I called to let them know I had arrived, I was told I had to come inside. I tipped when ordering online due to curbside pickup, so this is annoying.

I tried to do a survey and after I put in my dissatisfaction with the quality of the food I was conveniently kicked in out and now I am writing here. I order two classic fish tacos yesterday. One was cold and the other was warm and tasted strange. Less than thirty minutes later I was vomiting and sick. Once out of my system, fully, and I'm ok. Lesson learned is follow your first instinct here but I will look for other options in the future. Advice to Rubios- Please check your battered fish.

Super slooooow. If the food takes this long give out free chips. My order for four things cost $60: as much as a sit down restaurant. So between the wait and cost give us some free chips. Also had a missing item in my to go order. If staff can't read a simple list and pack the bag knowing everything the customer spent money on is in there: you aren't qualified for a simple job. I wasn't the only one. I saw multiple delivery drivers check their orders and then ask for missing items. Food was okay. Not worth the 25 minutes it took waiting for. And definitely not $60 worth.

I ordered the Mexican corn bowl with shrimp, but there was only one piece of shrimp and hardly any corn! If you are going to charge me 15$ of shrimp, I need more than one freaking piece! RIP OFF AT ITS FINEST!!!
