I have been here twice in the last month and can honestly say that I will keep coming back here. First time our server was Kaleo, he really vibes well with my group. Truly enjoyed the wine and the experience from his lens. Our second visit we had Luis, again great guide through the wines. Each time we've bought our fair share of wines to take home. Music was great, atmosphere was good. It felt very clean and I felt comfortable being here, especially during these trying COVID times. Favorite wine is the Southern Blend and the Tanat, but I can honestly say it was all delicious.

One of my favorite Washington wineries! My favorite type of wine is wine grown "on the rocks" and Rotie (especially Proper) has quite a few rocks wines available! If you can't get Proper wine the Rotie Northern Blend is a delightful rocks wine that you won't be disappointed with! They just released their 2017 Proper wine and it's my absolute favorite. Spot on and I have a feeling in a few years it will be even better! Can't wait to come back! Some of the best wine per dollar out there.

Friendly service from servers who knows the wine business. Bring your dog as most people had their dog with them. The range of wines served is impressive.

Spent an incredible afternoon tasting wines at Rotie. I was specifically looking for wines from the Rocks District, and Rotie really delivered! The location is conveniently located between Seattle downtown and the airport. My server was super helpful & friendly, and guided me to try several wines based on my palette. I took two bottles home. Will absolutely come back.

I love Seattle. Even after the pandemic quarantine hit two weeks after moving here, I will still take Seattle over every other city, except maybe Paris. The SODO Wine Tasting scene just adds to the allure of the Emerald City. Located in a festive strip mall of happy imbibing, Rotie Cellars is my choice of wine amongst the dozens of tasting rooms sitting side by side. What a fabulous concept! If my hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin created this same concept with breweries, it would be a Woodstock of beer drinking, "400,000 strong." Luis was our wine handler on this glorious Saturday in September, following a week of bad forest fire air. He was charming, entertaining and customized our tasting. Join Rotie's club. It's worth it, as I received "special" treatment at Rotie, making the experience even better. I love Rhône Valley wines, especially the North. That is what Rotie is aiming for. One of Rotie's developers reveres Jacques Perrin, (Rotie's Homage) and a case of 1990 Beaucastel CDP Hommage a Jacques Perrin is one of my prized possessions. Thus, all the wines were wonderful, some reaching the heights of my palate choice, especially the Northern Red and the 2019 Southern White. We had a blast at Rotie Cellars thanks to Luis, the great wine, good friends, the festive ambiance and the vibe of Seattle. What pandemic? What climate change? What election? What city council? It was great not trying to solve the world's problems for a couple of hours. Rotie Cellars provided a wonderful way to welcome in my new year. La Shana Tova.

We love Rotie Cellars in both Walla Walla and Sodo. on a recent trip to the Sodo location, we were greeted with great service and while they did not serve food, we grabbed a pizza fromnext door and brought it over t enjoy with our wine. The inside is an open space with large bar-top tables to enjoy with friends or enjoy the enclosed space outside. the wine is also wonderful! not the highly alcoholic fruit bombs, but rather nicely balanced wines that express the fruit, terror, and winemakers' craft. well worth the visit.

Ok, so we all know the best wine in WA comes from Walla Walla. I'd tell you Rotie is the best of the bunch, but that's just me. Now what you can't fight me on is the awesomeness of having your Walla Walla wineclub also have an awesome tasting room in Seattle -- not some hike over to Woodinville, but right here in Seattle proper! Rotie's got it.I was just in last night for another awesome wine club event, a library tasting. It's so nice to visit only every quarter or so and yet see the same staff serving, clearly people who love the wine and love to tell you about what makes it different and special. If you've never had a Rhone-style wine or you don't know about the funky funky Rocks District, you owe it to yourself to stop at least once at Rotie. And even if you know, you ought to stop by again.
