Fabio!!!!! Great service and even better food! Never a bad experience at Rosso's!The gnocci is my personal recommendation, but honestly, any of the pasta on the menu is AMAZING!!!

Not a happy camper. I've been looking forward to one of their lunch focaccia's- I finally came in!Today I order the pesto chicken. I've been on the hunt for a good focaccia sandwich in phoenix and decided this was the next spot to try. My bread was burned. I'm peeling off the charred pieces like sunburned skin. My chicken wasn't too enthralling. The salad that came with was the winning factor.Won't ever get a sandwich from here again

BEWARE OF ANITA!!! she will give you terrible service but be sure to add on that 20% auto grad! myself and 4 of my other waitresses friends went out for dinner and drinks one night and we were so shocked at how Anita was treating us. she seemed very annoyed that we were there. and kept leaving the table before anyone had finished ordering. on-top of her terrible attitude i even got one of her hairs in my dinner. YUM. she didn't hesitate to give the table next to us great service but we just didn't seem worth it to her. we were shocked to learn that an " large party" auto gratuity of 20% was added to our bill. we stopped a host and asked what would be a large party and he said 12. Anita cut him off and said no 4 is a large party?! over all the food (without anita's hair) was okay but not worth how she treated us. do better anita

This place is such a vibe!! The dim lights, the decor it's all so moody and perfect! I went during lunch and received the absolute best service ever! Oh and the food 10/ 10 so delicious and flavorful! I took the meatballs and ate them with the eggplant parm! I would love to go back at night and really catch all the feels at the place!

So my hubby and I wanted to try a new place since we just moved downtown. So we wanted Italian, made reservations here, arrived 5 minutes before our reservation time and was seated quickly. The inside has the right vibe for DTP, my only issue is the music, others have mentioned that it was loud and it is loud. Please turn the music down. The service was casual at best, we were seated at 640pm on a friday night. It was roughly 655 before anyone came to our table to take drink orders. Food was good i had the Antipasto salad (board) and hubby had the roasted chicken. The presentation of the Antipasto was amazing but both enough for a meal. That was mistake, i should have asked the waitress. Please turn the music down, and have your wait staff check on tables more frequently.

TLDR: bad service, okay food, not worth the timeWe dropped by for lunch on a Friday. It was pretty empty so we got sat right. Only one other party inside with us. Service was extremely slow. They were staffed to the brim, I saw over 5 employees just walking around or sitting around having a meal. They'd walk by us and just not care. We finally get our order taken and get the following:- Baked Maccheroni 2/5Looks the best but tastes the worst. Sauce tastes like it came straight out of a can. - Bruschetta Trio 1/5This could have been higher but the bread was soo insanely soggy I could barely hold it up. Flavors were good though.- Parm fries 2/5Also okay. Nothing to write home about. - Fusilloni Rosso 3.5/5Tasted the best of the three. Not really any complaints. It feels like it's missing something but it has the best flavor.- Pasta with the mushroom and sausage (not sure of the name) 3/5This was fine but a little plain. I could've went without it. Pretty lackluster.On top of the food nothing being up to par. Our waitress apparently left and never said anything. Tab took long to come and get picked up so we ended up leaving cash and taking off. Overall, we won't be back.

This place is located right around the corner from footprint center, so we came after a game. Unfortunately it was very close to close so we felt a little rushed with ordering. The vibe is new fusion italian I think, which was interesting but unfortunately it felt the pasta was undercooked. We got the short rib as well and that felt dry and stringy. Not my favorite Italian place.

High energy, loud background noise from music, street, and people. I sat at a high top in the bar area. Great spot for people watching. Service was polite and good.I started with the short ribs atop Polenta. Talk about comfort food. Often, Polenta is not seasoned well. This one was full-flavored. The short ribs were off bone and melt in your mouth tender. Next, I had the beet salad, with goat cheese, frisee, bat chips, citrus, and vinegrette. A simple, light, and tasty dish.Finished with a capaccino. Perfect.

I didn't realize this was under the Pomo umbrella, so naturally the Margherita pizza was delicious! I had ordered from their website and there were some issues with delivery via DoorDash, but I don't think that is the restaurants fault. I also ordered a beet salad that was a good size for the price!

Really wanted to give this place a 5 star rating, but was unable to due to the following:Building was warm inside. Apparently they are aware of the problem as they had several portable "swamp coolers" running inside. The pastas that we ordered were both heavily salted and ruined what was a delicious sauce.Portions were small for the $$ amount. Some bread with our pastas also would have been nice. Staff was very attentive and niceI do highly recommend the Whipped ricotta with focaccia bread! I will definitely give the restaurant another try when the weather is a bit cooler.
