Rosita's Fine Mexican Food

Great food and great service! The Mexican Pizza was amazing and definitely what I recommend. Add a little beans on it with sour cream and guacamole. Insanely goood! My wife had the carnitas taco plate which she enjoyed very much. She has high standards when it comes to Mexican food restaurants. This one definitely passed the test! We will be back for sure! The setting is quiet with Mexican music playing softly in the background. Seats are a little worn and could be updated. Our server was Olivia. Excellent customer service. Took our entire order without writing a thing down. Everything came perfect as ordered. Would have been 5 stars if the furniture/booths were in better condition.

Great meal at Rositas! We hadn't been here in probably 7 or 8 years.We thought we would stop in since we had some errands on this side of town.As great as we remember.Isabel G. was our waitress and she was awesome.Attentive, personable and helpful.We had three cheese enchiladas and a combo plate of 2 Green Corn Tamales with Fideo and Black Beans.Not many places offer Fideo as a side so we always love to get it when we can. A blast from my childhood. Love the decor with lots of great old pictures and booths that remind you of great older places. Fun and relaxing with delicious food and great service.What more could you want.

This place was recommended to me by a local, but honestly I didn't like it at all. The chips and salsa were the highlight. I got the Mexican flag plate which was bland and the shredded chicken was tough and unpleasant to eat. The sauces were ok.

I came in today for their mini street taco special. Special is $2 beef or chicken mini street taco. As advertised, they are mini. The flavor of the beef is good, but the corn tortilla was really dry. I love their bean deep so I ordered a small portion of that. I also ordered Mexican Sopaipia. This was disgusting and I would NOT recommend. It was thin, dry, over fried, pretty much burnt. The only good thing about the sopaipia was the honey.

The food was excellent. Piping hot and tasty.Serving sizes are plentiful.The margaritas are large and delicious.Huge menu and lots of gluten free selections.We'll be back.

It was our first time here, my sister in law frequents. It was lunch time so there is a lunch menu with specials along with happy hour. I ordered a taco and tostada rice and black beans. The rice had no flavor at all, the taco and tostada and beans were just ok. The prices are pretty good and the portions are big.

Nice family friendly place that seems like it been around forever. We did have quick friendly service. I have no quarrel with the chips and salsa or the drinks. However our entrees were both a little sad. I ordered the carnitas Street Tacos. Four good sized tacos, with onions and cilantro. The meat was tasty, but very very dry. My bf ordered the Sonoran enchiladas, which is a deep friend corn masa and cheese patty smothered in enchilada sauce. I guess that is accurate, but he didn't care for it. We would both order something different if we decide to visit again.

Literally the worst chicken mole I've ever had. It was like they took unseasoned shredded chicken and poured a mixture of ketchup and steak sauce over it. I think the chef needs to spend a little time in Mexico, or at the very least google a recipe. Aside from the food, the restaurant itself is a total dive.

Stopped by for pozole on a weekday after looking at the Christmas lights with friends - we were there at like 8:15 and apparently they close at 9pm - not 10pm as is listed here.It did not appear the host was happy to see us haha so I asked if we were ok on time - they said they didn't see why not HAHA and took us to a seat. We all ordered the same thing (three bowls of pozole) and found the service was swift and attentive once we were in. They serve the soup in shallow rimmed bowls so the crew struggled not to spill while bringing them out. They serve the pozole add ins on the side instead of all together which was a nice touch and the chips and salsa were good and fresh. It was filling and a good price point for a cool winter evening.

First time coming here. staff is extremely nice...... unfortunately the food is just horrible...
