I eat here all the time. It's right on my way home and near the California exit to the Kennedy. There's always a parking spot on the other side of the street. The sandwiches are much more than generous and because I don't eat meat I always get the veggie sub. It's incredible! The cost to food portion ratio is very unbalanced to the benefit of the customer. You get a HUGE SANDWICH, and it's a custom, carefully handcrafted piece of real food wrapped in a paper that will barely contain its spillover as you eat it (some of them are a little messy to eat in a medieval-food-orgyish kind of way).In summary: they're fast, reasonably priced, orgasmically delicious and served by cool people.Eat here and write about it on Yelp!

Apparently has been open downtown for some time, but is new to the suburbs. Don't be looking for signage on Golf Road, tho, this is located in the office building at the address given, entrance in the rear.I was interested in trying it because they offer an "authentic" New Orleans muffaletta, a sandwich I fell in love with living in the big easy. Previously I had been limited to driving to a Kenosha deli to score one.Rosie's does an admirable job, only thing I'd suggest is their olive salad should have more oil in it. Traditional muffs are oily drippy things. I remedied that when i returned home with the second half. (One sandwich could easily feed two).I also asked for a couple of their meatballs, as I like to try every place that offers them. Enjoyed them, texture and flavor. The ones I make at home are stronger in flavor (garlic/fennel), but I enjoyed these. If you're in the Woodfield area, stop by, support this local business.

Ordered over a dozen sandwiches for our office as our coworker was celebrating her birthday. The customer service was exceptional, it's above and beyond service. After I placed my order I received a call from the manager personally. He went over my order in detail as to not have any mistakes. I had placed the order for pick up, however he said he'd be happy to personally deliver it for us. Everyone loved their sandwiches. We will order from here again! And give credit where it's due, Frank you're amazing, thank you!

I had to try Rosie's due to the positive reviews, I had the Italian sandwich I have to say I was unimpressed. It was nothing special, Jersey Mike's is way better, in my opinion

I was visiting from Miami & picked up the flyer for this restaurant from the hotel lobby. I am from a suburb of New Orleans and love muffulettas, so of course when I saw this on the menu I definitely wanted to give it a try. The sandwich was delicious, the reason for 4 stars and not 5 was due to the fact I almost choked on a piece of fat. That being said, I would definitely try them again. I must state that I have never had a muffuletta with a piece of fat like this.

Please try the Original Muffuletta! It definitely can serve 2 ppl. But it's on my top 3 of best sandwiches already. The owner (Frank) is very friendly and willing to help with any questions. Ambiance is cool.

I really wanted to like this place after reading the positive reviews....my review is less than stellar.Sandwich shop is in an office building and surrounded by others. You order your food, and if you eat in, there is a room across the way where they bring your food and you can eat.Ordered the egg plant parm. The bread was excellent..... then it went downhill from there. The egg plant was soggy, bitter and mushy. It definitely needed seasoning. The red sauce was bland..... that too needed seasoning. The sauce tasted like a came out of a jar..... it did not taste homemade at all.My friend ordered a Trifecta. Again the bread was excellent. For the price they charge there should be more meat and cheese on it. The sandwhich had yellow mustard and mayo. If they would use a different mustard and a mayo with added seasoning that would have kicked it up a notch. Plus there was not enough of either the mustard /mayo on it. My friend had to ask for more mayo after he tasted it.The pistachio cannoli was not good at all. The shell was very very hard and very dry. The filling was tasteless. Again they could have added different flavoring to enhance the filling. The service was good. However the cashier forgot to bring the Doritos my friend ordered when she brought our orders to us....we did not realize this until we got home and yes we had been charged. Our total bill came to $45.00. If you are going to charge pricing that seems high to me considering the food was just somewhat ok....then you need to kick it up a notch to stand out and not blend in with the others. Other wise you might just be put into the same category of many other restaurants in Schaumburg that never make it. I do cook a lot, so I know how food should taste. I hope you listen not only to the positive reviews but the others you may come across such as mine .....so you can succeed in Schaumburg. Good luck to you.

Found my way quite near to Rosie's, another highly recommended foodie shop from YELP, thank you very much. You'll be glad for the hot pink signboards designated in the office parking lot to get you to your destination and parking space stress free. Upon walking to the entry I noticed picnic tables that seem cozy under shade trees when the sun is too much. Another perk is to find an eatery bright, clean and colorful at lunchtime! It's a good idea to peruse the menu before your visit as their considerable offers leave one with the exhilarating sense of reading a captivating novel. BE SURE TO refer to the WEBSITE for a full description of the menu...Yummy stuff! Also, when ordering, you'll want to ask for the specials of the day if you're interested in saving a couple o' bucks. Ordered the Italian deluxe sandwich ... GOOD MOVE! Only wish I had asked for a little more dressing as I like a sloppy sandwich. Can't wait to try another soon!!

When you walk in you feel like family! This is important to me as I always go eat with my daughters. Staff was friendly and helpful. Now let's talk about the food!! We were blown away. My daughters and I had different sandwiches and we loved them. To finish our meal we had the cannolis and those tasted like my grandmothers. The vibe makes everything tie together to make this a go to spot for the family or even a quick lunch grab.
