The pizza was decent but the hot honey fried chicken was our favorite!We tried the pepperoni, only thing was our preference of pepperoni on top otherwise was good.Korean bbq chicken pizza was good but not my favorite.Hot honey chicken I would easily come back and order this every week lol. The chicken was so hot temp wise, crispy, and hot honey made it sweet with a little flavor and then dipped in ranch. SO GOOD.

This is a fun spot! There is a nice selection of beer and even root beer for the wee ones (the root beer is not caffeine free. Our server was friendly and made for a nice experience. The "not a carrot in the world" salad was filled with fresh fruit and veggies, with a unique flavor combination. The garden pizza with vegan cheese (the vegan cheese is an extra cost) is fantastic. The pizza crust had a nice flavor and filled with nice toppings.The complaints would the pizza was soggy in the middle and they do not give a pizza box for carry out, but a fold over box, so we had a congealed mess to heat. There is paid on street parking available.

get the mozz sticks holy smokes they're incredible. Pizza is ok. Cocktails are bad. Beer is fine. Pizza has an interesting flavor. The crust is a bit funky but I personally find it very tasty. Good place to let the kiddos run around and throw bags outside on the patio. Service is below average so expect a few hiccups along the way.

This place has been a staple of West Town for YEARS. They have a solid selection of beers and a tasty menu. Even though this is a pizza place, they have other things on the menu that are also delicious. The salads and the monkey bread from here are some of my personal favorites. They have huge booths that are really comfortable and a really large bar space. If you don't want to dine in, this place has solid take out. It's quick, always hot, and packaged well.

This place is great! I have gotten delivery from them several times. I have ordered online or over the phone both are easy! The always deliver pretty quickly even on a Saturday night. I ordered my pizza cut in to a pie slices instead of the strips the pizza typically comes with but the kitchen accidentally cut it the wrong way, before the pizza even got delivered the restaurant called and offered to give me a free pizza the next time I order. It wasn't a pig deal the pizza is still going to taste the same no matter how it was cut but the gesture was so kind and just great customer service. My go to order is the pizza with the crumbly sausage and the mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks at this place are amazing!

Roots is great! Their mozzarella sticks are honestly some of the best I've ever had. I also really enjoy their pizza. Something about the crust is so tasty. I've also tried their chicken Cesar foldover and would recommend that as well. Honestly the only downside is the service can be a little slow especially if you're on their patio (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). I've only dined in on weeknights and it's never an issue getting a table. They also have happy hours and daily specials during the week. I always enjoy Roots and look forward to my next visit!

Service- greeter and waiter Right away from the front desk and the waiter was on top of his game. We'll mannered as easy to talk to. Food- the seasoned fries were a hit with my 5yr old. The pizza was just right. Had a good crunch to the crust (seemed like a sweet crust to me too) and the Italian sausage was flavorful. Ambiance- we came during a weekday on a Thursday for dinner and it wasn't loud at all. Good for families and to have a conversation without the loud music killing the vibe. we'll come back!

Southwestern salad was tremendous. Rotisserie chicken, avocado, corn, radish and for 16.95$ this could feed 2-3 people easily. A fair price for the size nowadays. Liked the cheesy bread app I got, but not crazy about the dipping sauce with it. Would like to have a little less crust with this, but pretty tasty overall! Pretty clean restaurant and decent staff.

A friend and I ordered out from this location and was overall happy with our experience and food! From the time we ordered to pickup, the wait was completely reasonable (about 30 minutes) and the staff we interacted with during pickup were friendly. We got the 16" pizza for two and were plenty satisfied with the size. I will say, the Margherita was good, but not great. The cherry tomatoes weren't my favorite for a traditional Margherita pizza and felt a bit overpowering. The salad was also a good size with good flavor! Truly was impressed with the vinaigrette and wish it had a bit more. These reasons lead me to give four starts instead of five. My friend also thought the carrots and broccoli could have been cut better because the salad was meant to share. But we cut them up ourselves and didn't see much issue. I can't wait to try other Roots locations and these mozzarella sticks everyone raves about!
