OK, so I am not sure about the lower star reviews that I've been reading here. The food I had was fantastic and I had a good variation of about 10 dishes. My absolute favorite were the Ranchero fries. But honestly, everything was really good. The way they cut their Asada is nice and thin so it's not dry and the chicken sliced the same exact way was really moist. I love the fact that they make fruit smoothies and they also have a bowl option. The adobo bowl was very flavorful and very filling, overall the staff was awesome and the food was very good. The strawberry tres leches was money! The torta bread was perfectly crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. When I'm in the area, I'm definitely coming back.

The food smells terrible. There are plenty of good 24h Mexican food choices that are better food and less expensive. I would be worried about Montazuma's revenge at this place!

Not bad in a pinchThis was our first visit to Rolibertos Mexican Food. On this visit we shared some beef tacos and rolled tacos with guacamole and cheese. The tacos were okay, the typical all taco, nothing special. The topping were generous at more than affordable pricing. There is a good variety to choose from. The people are friendly. Not a bad meal in a pinch.

I ordered Roliberto's via Doordash today. I was looking for a place that had horchata and also was not super expensive for tacos.I ordered the carne asada taco, one adobadas taco, and one carnitas taco. All three of the tacos were decent, but tasted like something was lacking ... maybe more cilantro. The tacos were HUGE so you definitely get your money's worth. One of the tacos was not entirely to my liking, I think it was the adobadas one but not sure. The tacos also came with lemons (vs. limes, I guess?) and some salsa and salsa verde in case I wanted to add some of that.The horchata, however, was very good. The food was hot and fresh when I received it (my hotel is about a 10-min. drive away) which was also a plus. I'd come back here but would probably order something else ... the rolled tacos also looked good on their menu. You do get a HUMONGOUS amount of meat and toppings on the tacos, though.

The food was excellent. I ordered chicken enchiladas, they were loaded with seasoned shredded chicken. The beans and rice were very good. My husband ordered cheese enchiladas and thought they were pretty good. We both have a problem with the shredded lettuce on top of the enchiladas. We'll ask for no lettuce next time!The food was nice and hot and arrived within 30 minutes of ordering.
