Rock'n Rowan's BBQ

This review is long overdue, we had our wedding back in November of 2022. the Price was so reasonable, the food was to die for, and the service was on point. It was a very small wedding of about 60 people and no planner, so the professionalism and organization was much appreciated. The set up they brought was so cute too, it really worked well with the country theme. We also had leftovers for a couple weeks and never got sick of them, so don't worry about having enough food. She suggested my serve time be much closer to the ceremony than I originally requested which I am so thankful for because there would have been a lot of angry hungry people if we would have gone with my time!

Excellent experience from the initial quote to the end of our event. They were super responsive, made great suggestions, and very affordable. We are in Escondido for a family weekend and catered dinner for 50 people. The food definitely surpassed everyone's expectations. I love that they grill on site which adds to the experience. Highly recommend.

I'm out in Escondido for a family reunion and this company catered for us. I will be honest, I had low expectations. I thought the would be would "okay," but it far exceeded my expectations. Everything was great from the chicken , brisket, beans, even the damn salad. So impressed. I had seconds. Would totally recommend. Even though I ate a lot of the food, I didn't have that gross super full feeling which is for the win

We contacted Jalena and Anthony almost last minute and were so fortunate they had availability. 5 stars hands down for communication, price, setup and of course the FOOD!!!! The chicken and tri-tip were exceptional as well as the sides we had. If you are looking for amazing BBQ, exceptional service and a great experience overall, I highly recommend Rock 'n Rowan.

I went to a wedding last night catered by Rock'n Rowans. On the menu was tri-tip, dark meat chicken, cheesy scalloped potatoes, asparagus, and salad with strawberry and pecans. EVERYTHING, was perfect. After a couple of bites I had to find out who made this food because I need more of it!

Food is absolutely amazing and I've had some good BBQ in my time, theirs is hands down the best and service is on point. Anthony is great behind the grill and Jalena is awesome running the front of house. We were able to enjoy their food at a recent wedding and I found myself asking for recipes on my way out. 100% will go back if the opportunity presents itself and I recommend them for all your future events

Anthony and Jalena were great to work with! They catered mine and my husband's 50th birthday party in Borrego Springs with a week's notice when the restaurant I had made arrangements with flaked on us. I appreciated Jalena's follow up and ability to ease my concerns since they were coming from farther away. They were kind, easy to work with and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing and making our event fun with great food. Fantastic tri-tip, chicken that fell off the bone, amazing Mac and cheese and on and on. You will not be disappointed!

We used Rock'n Rowan's for food and bartending services for our wedding. From the beginning, Jalena was super responsive to all of my questions. They had us out for a tasting and their food sold us right away!! Once at the wedding, they were ready on time, had a great set up, and the food was incredible!! It was even better than I remembered at the tasting. Everyone at our wedding raves about the food and how delicious everything was. Even our pickiest guests went back for seconds! Their bartending services were top notch as well. They were friendly to all our guests and their drinks were mixed well! I was so happy with how everything turned out. I highly recommend Rock'n Rowan's for your next event!
