Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies

So glad this location is open close to my house. I've always loved the smoothies. Ordered online in the app and they were ready promptly. The girls behind the counter were really nice.

My smoothie order said "No Agave" I am allergic. Somehow the instructions were lost in their system. I had screenshot my order that also shows the exact same order number that gives proof I had a special request. The owner Izabela says that she cannot give a refund (6.79) to everyone that calls and says their orders are messed up. Despite my proof, she only will honor her receipt that does not show my special request. Stay away from this store. Here, the customer is the enemy, assumed to be lying and out to get something free. You can visit Nekter juice not far from here and get an order without all this hassle. I really dislike when people try to make the customer the problem. Customers make the business. I will never walk into a Robeks anywhere again. Think twice about going to this particular location. No one here appreciates your business and if they make an error or if an ordering system malfunctions, be prepared because it is the customer's fault.

I've come in a couple of times and got great service aside from waiting a while for my order.. ther were only two people working and it was busy so I understand why it took a while. Smoothies are good.

Clean establishment that offers fast and friendly service! I absolutely love this place and I hope it remains this way because we need healthier options for the WV!
