was here yesterday and was greeted with a smile.I had ordered a chicken n pesto panini and it was incredibly delicious! OMG was it good. I had tried it for the very first time. I went in being increment skeptical and was just blown away by how good it was. I'm definitely going to have to order that again sometime. I've always Njoyed coming to this establishment. I ordered a meal and I got fries but not the drink. (idk y I wasn't given the drink) their fries are delicious as well. but I'm trying to focus more on their sandwich I ordered. It had melted cheese inside and the whole sandwich was moist. Every single bite was heaven. It was sure worth the travel, and price.

2nd visit show they are terrific. I asked what they would order, and ordered that: Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, toasted hoagie roll, marinated & perfectly cooked, lean steak, grilled onions and bell peppers, mayo. I had onion rings with it. It's a big sandwich, enough for 2 to share, or for me to take the rest of it home for dinner. I cannot recommend this place enough. I came all the way from Everett to this Tacoma burger restaurant because it is really good.

Ordered food I was so excited with the way the menu looked but then I got it and there was missing and incorrect items and the garlic fries were super wet and soggy. I called she said she would call back. No call back.

My friends and I ordered our sandwiches here as we were waiting for our train to depart after a delay. Didn't expect the train to start boarding so soon and told the cashier to cancel it as we were rushing. But her sheer determination and will power she put in all her might to press those paninis and ran mach 10 to deliver it herself seconds before departure. It is my first time in Washington and she set the gold standard of customer service.
