Zury’s Raspados

Came in today. Purchased a Zuri Lemonade, one scoop of ice cream and my son chose a candy from their shelf. Came home to share the candy with my son, only to find out it had expired September 2022. I'm calling the store and both numbers online have voicemail that is not set up. They did not provide me a receipt, and didn't think I would need one.

Worst way to run a business. They are usually super rude and unprofessional but yesterday I went wanting an orange smoothie I had tried a few years back and when I called to place my order there was no answer multiple times and no business phone, a voicemail to a cell phone always goes on. I then decided to go in person and the lady tells me that the guys that has the phone is not there and also hasn't brought any ice. She said she couldn't make me the smoothie because they had no ice. Again I went today as still wanted the smoothie and they were closed during business hours, no sign or anything. Last time they make me waste my time. Smh!

Great customer service pretty sure they have no owners will be back again. Love their raspados !

They are NEVER open!! I've come 4 times this week and every damn time you are closed. Update your hours if you aren't open.

Every time that we go to zurys it's always closed even though the hours online say it's open. We end up going to other places.

Tried this place for the first time today, we accidentally ordered the wrong thing that we wanted and the worker switched it out for us no question, super nice of him. Would come here again was bomb

If I could leave 0 starts I would. This place is extremely over priced. And sells rancid candy. This place is not worth it what's so ever. I had seen them from IG and drove over an hour because of how awesome it looked. All I have to say is absolute catfish. I definitely do not recommend.

Still horrible service 3 years later!!! Save your money and go to a michoacana where it actually looks clean and everything tastes good

This place is really good for all snacks. The raspados are the best in the area. I've been coming for years and the service is amazing.

Amazing service and great place for a cold treat. Definitely will be coming here for the rest of the summer!
