The self checkout option was great. It was swift, easy to navigate, and the drinks came out quickly. Our barista was very friendly and answered my questions about the menu very cordially. It's a very fun concept overall, and the drinks are awesome!

For the past 3-4 times I have come here, similar to others, drinks are sold out or unavailable...there is often no one in the front and you have to ask someone who is hiding in the back. It's hard for me to understand how a boba shop can consistently not have ingredients for their number one seller whether it's the weekday or the weekend.Their drinks are delicious but the inconsistency and lack of customer service has felt quite disappointing. I wish I could give a better review!

I don't know what's happening with this place but it always seems to be closed when I come by. Not right before closing either, in the middle of the day! It was so good a year ago when they had a full menu and pastries. The one time I managed to catch them open in the last several months, most of the menu was not available. This was one of my favorite places in the area but sadly, I think I have to give up on it.

Personally, I am not a big fan of these boba drink places. My wife and our nieces are fans of these kind of places though. So when we were at the Ontario Mills Outlet Mall, we stumbled across Zero and gave them a try. Got us a total of 3 drinks and one dessert.Wifey and the girls all enjoyed their drinks. My wife was kind enough to let me sip her drink, and it was tasty. My niece liked her Peach Blossom Mini Box. At least I think that is what it was called. This place is located at the food court of the mall. So there was plenty of seating available. Food court ambiance at its best. Service was courteous and drinks were ready in good time considering how busy they were that Saturday.Yeah, I'd return again because the girls like the place.

Actually the boba pieces I tasted in my drink, 'Crème Brûlée,' Muddy Milk Tea were delish. The drink tasted exactly like it was named, very Creme Brûlée-ish. I'd be back for another drink. I was going for something fruity, like with grapefruit, but the barista told me that drink would be a blended drink. Pricing isn't that bad: my tea turned out $5.95 with boba and after tax. I finished the drink right before work. There could have been more boba pieces, though, but that's just my opinion. Any ways, there was no line when I waited to order my Crème Brûlée Muddy Milk. I'll have to update review again when I get my order right off the bat and not have to switch it out for a second choice. Keeping the review at 4 stars for now.

Visited Ontario Mills before the storm hit, and finally had a chance to try 0&, including Hanabi cakes. Decided to order the Noir Sesame Latte - meh. Nothing special. Kiddo ordered theThai Me Up - she liked it. As for the cakes, they were out of most flavors and only had the mango and peach cakes left. Decided to go with the mango. Not too sweet and the mango flavor really came through. Looks small, but it's probably enough cake. Dad ate half and saved the rest for later. Glad to have finally given it a try, but not in a rush to hurry back.

Everytime I go to Ontario Mills, I am excited to get a drink here. My favorite is the mango drink because it's so fresh and full of flavor. I also love that they have 0 calorie/ 0 sugar sweetener. It's great for people watching their calories as well as those who can't have too much sugar. You order on an iPad and there are 2 large screens to show when your order is ready for pick up. It's quick and easy but most importantly it tastes good. I wish there was a location closer to me!

If you happen to be at the Ontario mills mall this was located in the food court. They serve drinks, sweets, and some savory foods. To get your order it's all by kiosks and you customize your drink whether you want your drink to be overly sweet or nothing at all the choice is all yours.I order the taro and ube milk tea with a Korean bagel. The drink was ok the bagel was similar to monkey bread it was ok as well.Environment 6/10 your in a mall so chances your table is filthy or clean especially on a weekend Taste 7/10 they're just ok nothing special Price 8.5/10 good prices for what your paying for

Was browsing around Ontario Mills and saw a boba cup that somebody had left on the shelf of a store - a cup with a logo on it that I did not recognize. And me always wanting to try every boba place in the area, went to take a look; apparently a new boba shop opened up in Ontario Mills inside of the food court where The Mug Shakes used to be. ZERO& is a chain boba store that was primarily in SF but slowly expanding to SoCal. There's another location in Mission Viejo and they recently opened up in Ontario Mills. Besides boba, they also have an orange juice kiosk that squeezes out fresh orange juice - I feel like I've seen it around before. After browsing through the menu and reading the Yelp reviews, I felt kind of iffy. Prices were a little higher, drinks seemed to have more of a sweeter tone compared to pure teas. But in the end, curiosity won and I took the plunge. They're located across from Cinnabon. The nearest entrance would be the main one by Nike, the theater, and the Improv theater. There's two iPads where you can self-order. The staff receives the order right away - there's two screens that show what orders they're working on and when orders are ready for pickup. They seem to have a lot of fruit drink (and these drinks look very aesthetically pleasing) such as a coconut milk with pudding inside of a whole gigantic coconut (this was already sold out by the time I arrived). There's also a drink that has green and purple grapes, sea salt cheese foam, grape jelly and is garnished with a several grapes on top. I opted for the Grapefruit Spa ($6.45); ordering is fairly straightforward. They have all the customizations on the iPad after you add the drink to the cart. I was able to customize sugar and toppings (was looking for ice, but this was a blended drink so no ice customizations). Read the sugar adjustment carefully; if you opt for 0 calories sugar, you get charged $0.50. I added boba to the drink for an additional $0.50. I wouldn't say this was completely blended. There was still a lot of tea on the bottom while the top had grapefruit pulp, grapefruit juice, and ice. I adjusted for 75% sugar - and it was perfect! I felt like I could get the tea and the juice flavor. And there was so much pulp in the drink that it felt really refreshing. The boba was cooked on point - not too sweet either. I really liked it and I think I'd order this again. And ordered the generic boba milk tea to try. So they don't have regular boba milk tea, but they offer a "Teapuccino" which is captioned with "not your average milk tea". I believe I also adjusted for less sugar. This comes with oolong tea and fresh grade A milk. And I added boba for $0.50. Not a fan of oolong tea in general, but hey - this drink was pretty good! I got the smoothness of the oolong but also the creaminess of the milk tea. The oolong tea was not too powerful either. The only thing was that it came in a smaller cup while the other drink came in the longer, slimmer cup. My parents really enjoyed the drink! They also serve cake boxes and pastries by Hanabi. These are on the pricier side (croissants are about $6 while the cake boxes are $9). Since I came around closing time, the cake boxes were discounted by several dollars; unfortunately, all the flavors I wanted were gone. And the cake boxes looked pretty tiny compared to other bakeries that offer cake boxes so I couldn't justify the price. Workers were busy but helpful. After tasting the drinks, I do think the prices are justified, especially since they're located in a mall and rent prices are likely super high. tl;dr - a welcome boba shop addition to the Inland Empire! Especially since there aren't too many in the general vicinity. I know I will be making my way over to Ontario Mills for boba here when I'm craving something to drink. And I definitely want to try their coconut drink! Drinks do sell out if you come later in the evening, so prepare for that! They also have an app that allows you to order online to skip the wait time. I believe there's a free drink when you register!

There was only a kiosk to order with so I ordered there! The drink itself was very good and came out fast. The Thai Me Up is very sweet so if you are not a sweets person definitely get it less sweet. The boba itself was smaller in size compared to other places I've tried but it was still good, lacking some sweetness! It is in the food court which was very busy when I went (Saturday Evening) so seating was a little hard to find. They don't call out names so I had to check my phone to see when the drink was ready. The cap itself was also a little hard to lodge in and my straw bent a little at the attempt.
