Zait Bistro

I came here today after a friend had told me to visit...and let me tell you...I should have came here a long time ago! I ordered their chicken shawarma plate (size small) which is perfect portion for one person, and they also have a medium and large size for portions as well. The rice was cooked perfectly along with the chicken shawarma, and it was seasoned magnificently with tons of flavors and juices and even, rare spices. the food came to me HOT! My two sides were salad and hummus.the salad was amazing. it was served cold and perfect temperature with seasoning and dressing to perfection. Most places use vinegar to dress their salad...very sad. This place actually uses lemons to dress their salad in their dressing. they shower their salad with onions, and dried mint flakes (which is exactly how it's supposed to be) and crunchy tomatoes and cucumbers. just perfect! The hummus was fantastic! Ask for olive oil and red pepper on it! Chef MIKE was awesome! Amazing gentleman who really knows what he's doing back there. WOW WOW. The baklava was excellent! the pistachio and cinnamon ones were so delicious and savory. an excellent way to close out lunch! They also give you a large piece of pita bread with your plate. The garlic paste (toum) was perfect. nice and thick and full of garlic flavor. Amazing little spot.I'll definitely come back here again, and VERY SOON. Overall, very clean. customer service is fast and friendly. bathrooms were very clean and everything was very appetizing. I Love this place!

This place is now just decent. Came to share a plate with my sister and the flavors were a bit off. FOOD: TZAIKI sauce was a bit too spicy for me (not burn your mouth, rather they added a little too much of something). Which brings me to the rice... is it me or the tzaiki sauce that threw the flavor of the rice off...Ambiance: is average with some frames up along the hall way...Service was quick but maybe because there were zero customers...Would I come again...ehhh.. might try another spot next timePaid $23 for a medium beef swarma with rice and two sides

Updated review: After having a terrible experience due to rude comments directed at my family and I from their angry employee who disagreed with the owners decision to be open after thanksgiving, Mike the owner reached out to me to apologize and fix the issue to ensure that no customer leaves due to unacceptable reasons. Besides that- I've been coming to this restaurant for years and it has always had amazing quality food. However, I do recommend to the owners to be more cautious of who they hire! It is clear the owner cares a lot about his customers and luckily I was a returning customer who knows the quality of Zait if not I would've never returned due to how "Eric" spoke towards my family and I.

Wonderful and delicious every time!!! Mike is the best and great customer service. Yummmm!

I want to thank Mike for the delightful food he served me today. I ordered the 4 Lamb chops combo with 2 sides, Flatbread and 1 order of grape leaves stuffed with a rice mixture!! So good!! I always come here whenever I crave Lamb chops!!! Mike was nice enough to give me a bottled water. Thank you Mike I will always be back to eat here!!

One of the best Mediterranean restaurants in the Inland empire.. everything is homemade and absolutely delicious.

We called in our large order for pickup yesterday. The food was ready within 20 minutes, and it was hot and fresh. All the food was delicious, everyone agreed. The service was great too, highly recommend this place.

I've been coming here for 10 years now and the food is always excellent. Mike is especially friendly and provides great service. Definitely recommend this place! It's an absolute staple of Rancho.

Been here a handful of times now and the food is always EXCELLENT! Service is great, Mike is passionate about his business and about his food. Cool vibe here in Rancho and my wife's favorite Mediterranean spot hands down. Kids love it, I work up the street and get lunch here often and we'll be coming here for years to come!

Love this place. Probably the best Mediterranean food in the area. They also have lunch specials.
