Just moved here So happy I came in. Love that you have taro root yogurt !!And toasted coconut topping. This maybe a problem

Great icecream, however one employee was clearly not having a good night. She was so rude and unfriendly, she had dark hair in a low bun. I didn't appreciate her not accommodating to the usual pink t shirt dress code either, she had on a grey hoodie, how dull. Just like her personality. Will be back for icecream but not for the customer service.

We've been going here for years. The best yogurt around! They have carob chips & I won't go anywhere without these. But... they used to change out their flavors all the time, but they don't anymore- flavors don't change so can get boring. I really wish they would vary it up. I'm hoping they incorporate some great Fall flavors this season. The girls that work there are all so nice!

Best place to get yogurt. Delicious and great price. The yogurt and toppings are set up nicely and follow an orderly process and its perfect especially when there is many customers which is often since it's so good!

Decided to try a place other than our usual. It's a cute shop plenty of seating. It's also centrally located which is nice. They have cute cup designs and a wide variety of flavors and toppings. The staff were friendly and welcoming. My only complaint was the lack of sample cups. They also do not take Apple Pay (fyi).But it was a pleasant experience

This place is trash now. Brought my daughter in on a rainy day. Just the two of us in the place. Girl working comes out from back area. Doesn't greet or smile at us. Just stands leaning against counter. Checks us out and asks if we want our receipt. I respond with a "You're welcome" when she forgets to thank us for our patronage. How is it even possible to give shitty service on a day where you have the opportunity to give better service. We will no longer be coming here. Which is a shame. Been coming since they first opened.

Sad, disheartened, disappointed. My family and I are (were) loyal customers and have gone here multiple times weekly but tonight when my son accidentally dropped his yogurt in line, the worker said he had to pick it up off the ground with his hands, put it back in the bowl and weigh and pay for it. This is just plain mean and humiliating. She said it is the store policy and she gets personally in trouble if she doesn't force customers to do this. She also appeared pretty humiliated by the situation and rightly so. The owner who has obviously implemented this policy should be ashamed, but anyone who forces a kid to pick up his spilled yogurt, place it back in a bowl and weigh and pay for it I can't imagine having consideration for anything but the bottom line- very short sighted because now you've lost about 150$ per week of profits from our family alone.

The girls working on 8/8/24 @6:50 are just horrible. Not welcoming , zero customer service skills, don't even smile, they look at the kids like they are stealing something or see what mess they make. I would fire them immediately if that was my business, they are just miserable and pass on the bad vibes.

I watched a child touch the tongs and stick it back in the cherries. I did say something politely and the employee yelled at me in front of everyone for saying anything to the other customer. The cherries were comprised with germs and all they did was toss the tongs. I have every right to say something when I see something that is unsanitary. I was there Jan 27 around 5pm. Hope no one gets sick from these poor health practices and terrible customer service
