Nia (Owner) and her team are WONDERFUL. I couldn't have asked for a better floral design team. I researched and talked to many florists before working with Nia. She was so kind and professional I knew instantly that she was the one. You won't find someone with more experience and pride in their work. Nia and her team are hardworking and go above and beyond in their floral arrangements (large arch, centerpieces, and cake flowers!). What I also love is that they were always available when I had any questions leading up to the wedding. Nia is wonderful to work with and I will be recommending her to all the future brides/grooms I know. Nia definitely made my day more beautiful!

She did my wedding on 10/23/21. Her work was gorgeous! She was so kind and thorough and listened to all of my wants and concerns. The day of the wedding she made everything effortless. She made an arrangement for the ceremony site and moved it to the sweetheart table. All without even being noticed. She is amazing!

Nia was super flexible, due to covid we had to change our date which she's was understanding and helpful. I used the floral services as well as a day of coordinating. Both were outstanding, the florals were breathtaking and the coordinating was amazing. highly recommend 10/10

Nia is organized, personable and super sweet! I reached out to her to create a custom bouquet and she was easy to communicate with, transparent in her pricing, and offered wonderful suggestions. I showed her an inspiration photo of a bouquet I found online and not only was she knowledgeable and receptive, but the bouquet she created was so much more beautiful than I anticipated (I loved it more than the original photo I showed her)! Nia is highly creative and I would highly recommend her services!

I wanted to give Nia the best review but after what happened at my wedding I wish I could give a 0 star review. Throughout the process Nia promised to go above and beyond at my wedding. And with every idea more and more money was put into. We spoke of so many elaborate designs showing her all the photos and going through in detail of what it is I wanted for the wedding. Down to the specific flower ( majority mind you were fake ) and design for each and every table. It was discussed over many zoom calls to ensure this is what I will be getting. The only thing that brought me concern was that she was trying to find more people to help her do this wedding so last minute, but again I trusted her. The pleasure of having pasea hotel do my wedding was that they had the venue available since Friday ( my wedding was Sunday ) to come in and set up. I was staying at the hotel since Friday so I saw everything the hotel did on their part already set up. Which I was thankful for bc I had a massive wedding ( about 350 people ). The day of the wedding arrives and I was told the florist doesn't arrive till past 10 am ( again the venue has been available since Friday and about 75% of my flowers are fake ) already the first concern. Now this is really where everything goes down hill. My reception was supposed to start at 6:30.... It was delayed till 8 pm!!!! Bc the florist and her crew were not anywhere near ready and the worst part so many tables were not even completed by the time 8 pm hit. My sweetheart table which I spent the most money on was displayed with a sliver of flower. Not the massive ombré design we discussed. The 3$ per water vase ( total 24 of them) with floating candle we paid for none were displayed. She pulled the vases from the outside where my sign in post is and put those as the candles of my sweetheart table ( which were about 5-8) mins you she did this in the middle of cocktail hour running and grabbing those candles in front of of all my guests. My massive serpentine tables which we paid a ton for as well and I'll show the reference photo of what we paid to get and what was actually given to us was abismal. There were no flowers, no candelabras, literally nothing. We asked her to bring chandeliers we paid for 10 only given 8 and some of them were broken! This isn't even all of it I wrote all of this down in an email which I'll be sharing below. And her response to me pointing out all these issues were " I'm not going to stoop down to your level" and blaming me for her own issues. She ruined my night, the fact that we started so late since our ceremony started at 2:30 and people didn't get into the reception till 8 is mortifying. Half my guests left before the cake cutting at 9. I cried so much I put so much work planning this wedding and there being so much detail and though over everything that this crushed me. Someone who I thought would bring my vision to life. Took over 15,000 dollars and her response was she essentially doesn't care. Please also be aware ladies she gives you limited access of what she shows you on the proposal. Her assistant puts it in and we have had to dispute so many times why certain prices have increased miraculously behind our back. Thank God I had everything written down on a separate document. Nia I trusted you and you caused me so much pain and I hope other brides get to read what I went through before booking you. Absolutely the worst experience. Will never hire her again or recommend her to any of my friends.

I booked with Nia on behalf of the City of Riverside Community Services Foundation Gala, and she was so professional with her pitch and proposal. Organized and made it easy to reach her. The flowers were gorgeous, and she went above and beyond in ensuring we were happy.

I was very impressed with Nia and her team. She was very professional, delivered on time with no budget surprises. She asked several questions prior to the event so that she could get the colors and theme right. I would highly recommend her.

I can't say enough about the service I received from Nia, the owner of Xquisite Floral, and her team. They did such a fantastic job putting the decorations together for my husband's 35th birthday. So many details went into this, and the executed my vision. Thank you so so much Nia and team! You will not be disappointed if you go with this company.
