This is a cute clubhouse tuck away in a neighborhood. When driving by you would think it is just another house. The exterior has a cabin feel to it with simple dark brown colors and white trimmed paint. The house itself does not look big on the outside but once you step inside it is very spacious. There are a few entrances you can go into: main front door, kitchen, and the couple side doors. The kitchen entrance (located downstairs with steps that leads you to it) is convenient especially if you have plenty of stuff to carry as it goes directly out to the parking lot. The kitchen has everything you need: refrigerator, sinks, tables, and mini kitchen appliances for your cooking needs. From the kitchen it then leads you to the main ballroom this space is huge it also has a stage and to the side of it are the restrooms. The ballroom has its own separate entrance doors that also leads to the parking lot. When seeing the place I saw two main ballrooms upstairs and downstairs they are about the same size and both have stages. There are a few bathrooms: in the ballroom space upstairs, the downstairs ballroom, and next to the kitchen both are kept clean and nicely decorated. Each ballroom can fit around 100 - 120 guests comfortably without having the tables being cramped. As for tables and chairs they are provided by the clubhouse - I am not sure about this I came there for a party I was invited to and helped with the setup. When we arrived there, few of the staff members met us at the parking lot to open the place for us and they stayed there incase we needed extra assistance. When locking up we handed them the keys and they were there most of the time. The parking lot is very small less than 20 cars can park in the actual parking spot and the rest of the cars can park in the streets or in the surrounding neighborhoods. They have a small garden in the front of the clubhouse a nice area to take pictures with as there are tress and green grasses for your background.

If I had to do it over I'd choose this venue again. Martha the lady in charge was very kind she allowed me to vist the place many times from May up into the day of the event Dec. We rented the bottom. I fell in love with it, went with the theme I chose (Vintage) its a beautiful hidden gem. Pretty spacious fits 85 people comfortable. Enough room for D.J, and and back drop tables fit perfectly, I might add even enough room for dancing ;)

Had my baby shower here in 2018 and I live this place! It's a hidden gem. In a beautiful quite Area. There's to rooms to choose from, both very nice and spacious! Martha was very sweet and helpful! And she is so professional and warming! She let me view the location more than once and provided me chairs and tables and parking and enough space for my taco truck! I will definitely be booking with Martha in the future!

I had my wedding here in April 2017. Martha is who I dealt with throughout the whole process. I had around 100 guests, some in large dresses (the theme was masquerade), seated comfortably thanks to utilizing the stage for the bridal party tables. We were allowed to visit the venue on multiple occasions, unoccupied and also during other event setup, to get a feel for how things would fit. The reason I chose this venue over a few other options came down to 1. The option for an outdoor ceremony 2. The lovely chandelier that set the mood for our extravagant theme and 3. The price for the amount of space. Not only was the gazebo a lovely setting for our ceremony, we also had the catering set up alongside the back ramp which made getting food easier than trekking downstairs. There are three levels to this building; the very top level is mostly used as a changing room but we all ended up using the restrooms since it was so hot in their (I guess the AC doesn't work in that room). The middle and main floor has two restrooms, a nice entryway and a beautiful hall. The floors are hardwood, the windows are wide and the ceiling was high, adorned with chandeliers. The bottom floor has steep stairs that lead to another bathroom, more space (not open though, there are columns) and a full kitchen. We utilized this space for storage (near the kitchen, blocked by curtains we put up), our open bar, candy buffet and caricature artist (would also be a good area for a photo booth).
