Wingstop

came in for national chicken sandwich today, got my two chicken sandwiches for the price of one. when i got my bag, one of the male coworkers read my entire order back to me and also asked to see the card i used to pay for the order. weird but no problem they probably have this procedure because people get upset about their orders + take other peoples orders, that's completely fine!why i gave it one-star? after sitting down and finishing my meal, i ask for one of the workers (big guy with glasses) to buzz open the bathroom. he says okay. i walk over, it's locked. my partner who is sitting at our table with our food asks him to buzz open the bathroom again for me. big glasses worker guy asks for our receipt. my partner looks for it, but alas the first worker after he read our order back to us, took the receipt off our bag. so my partner shows the big glasses worker our wingstop bag STILL filled with food, STILL on our table that we just ate at. mr. big guy with glasses says no. so i come over and show him my online order receipt. (attached below) it says my name, it says the time and date the order was placed, it says everything i ordered + the cost + it's on the app on my phone so you can scroll up and down it's not just a screenshot. mr. big guy glances at my phone for one second and says "NOPE!" and walks away.... he refuses to speak to us the rest of the time. OH YOU THOUGHT YOU ATE HUHyeah my food order today was fine but from the previous reviews the food is usually midbut if there's any reason to low rate this place + not go at all, it's for workers like mr big guy with glasses. thanks for a memorable first experience man

What establishment doesn't take cash??? Well this wingstop does not! If you order online prepare to show your card for verification, which is not a big deal, but if my wife places the order for me to pick up to save time how do you expect me to have her card? So i decided to op for pay in store, but wait it gets better no on the phone orders over 30 bucks? Wow im mind bottled!

I love wingstop but when I order a 10 piece and this is supposed to be one of my 10 this is frustrating what is this ??

Worst wing stop I've been too!! Placed an order online got to pick up and had to wait an additional 20 min. They are understaffed and zero customer service!

Wingstop has amazing and affordable bundles . Kevin helped us with our order today I placed a carry out online and I wanted to change to dine in. He was super courteous and changed for me no questions asked. Definitely recommend this location if you're in the mood for fire chicken wings and fries.

Fire food, fire deals, good people and a clean place I was informed upon ordering how I could save money on my order. I was able to get some food to complete my meal making it way more affordable.

I love coming here! The food is always made so fresh and delicious! The service is always good! And everything always tastes so yummy! Thank you for all your hard work!

The food was good, we went at ten, two hours before closing and they kept reminding us the closed at 12, felt very rushed to order. made us feel pretty stupid when asked for a water cup, and then again when i didnt get a cup with the meal at all. they pay close attention to their bathroom. it was all pretty weird vibes.

This Store deserve no stars first they were giving us attitude and they ended up giving us an incomplete order we were missing 20 bbq and 20 lemon pepper and our large corn

Absolutely the worst wingstop on the planet. Took over 25 minutes to get 10 wings. If you value your time do not go here. I will never go back to this place. Wish I could give zero stars. The owner of this franchise should get their restaurant taken from them.
