Wingstop

The wings were really good but the wait time was horrible. I ordered online because i know the wait is long. Arrived for my order at the time i said i needed it but still had to wait about 45 minutes to actually get my order. The lobby was in much need of something cleaning but it was a busy day based on the people waiting to pick their food.

Went in to get my order and there is eaten food and trash by the drink station. Super gross. Lost my appetite

March 17th. I ordered 10 pcs chicken wings with garlic Parmesan flavor and a regular fries. . I got my order and when I got home I had Cajun wings with thick look like a wedge fries... I called and told me to bro f it back and they will add 5 wings to my order. I asked how long it will take for my order to get ready? she ( staff I was talking on the phone) said 10 mins. I said okay..... order was ready and I asked if they add the 5 pcs chicken . She said "oh I did not know. She ( she's referring to the person I talked on the phone) said that? Okay I will add the chicken." I was upset because it was 10:30pm at night. Instead of having my dinner a little earlier, it was very late.

I came to this Wingstop for dinner and the cashier who's handling dirty Money at the register starts helping the cooks in the back without washing her hands or at least using hand sanitizer, plus she has super long hair all the way to her bottom she definitely needs to put it up properly or get a hair net. I myself have long hair and even if it's tied my hair still falls out all over the place, don't get me wrong she was nice and so is most of the staff.

Really delicious food. The boneless wings are tops. There are different flavors for the wings. The fries are great as well. You can get your fries seasoned as well.

Horrible! Staff is rude and complained about orders but yet they are getting paid to do that job. Order original hot wings and tenders, got home and you could tell they just threw the food in the box and dumped the sauce on it. Will not be ordering or going back to this wingstop location. Better off going the extra mile to another location

I usually recommend this wingstop but now I'd rather go somewhere else. This location has messed up on multiple orders of mine and my families. I had placed two orders online and went to pick them up. When I got there they told me that one was ready and the second order was being bagged. When I got home I gave everyone their food and I was missing part of my order. I called as I was driving back and they told me to bring the bag back or take a picture to verify that it was missing. I've never had to show proof that they messed up my order but I get it protocol but no questions asked when they asked if I'd like a refund. On top of that they got my wing flavors wrong. I will not be placing an order from this location again

Never ready on time, even when they aren't busy or you show up 30 minutes after the order time. Insane how these kids get paid $20 an hour to be brain dead.

food was good! but the wait time is literally awful. what's the point of ordering online when you have to wait 30 minutes past the time they tell you to be there at? and awful customer service too. need to be better about their online orders overall.
