Me and my girlfriend came here the other day to pick up an online order. Online order says it was completed but we actually showed up 30 minutes late to pick it up since we had a bad experience on a different time coming on time and still having to wait about 30 minutes. But anyway we came in and lots of customers waiting and sitting around waiting for their food as well. There was probably like about 15 plus people waiting all at once and never seen it so busy. So I decided to wait about 10 minutes at the front but as I was waiting more people showed up and none of the employees were acknowledging any of us really. I get that it can get busy and they want to complete the order but still no employee acknowledged really any of us waiting. So I actually started to kinda politely yell out to get their attention and was ignored. About a minute later they get a phone call order and she approaches to answer it, after the call I potentially ask her if she can see if my order was ready. Sure enough it was ready and was just sitting there with about 3 other orders. Little frustrated because this could have easily been a better experience if one of them came to check on any of us to see if any of the orders for the people waiting were here. They need to understand that stuff like that can literally make the difference it great customer service. As far as the food, it did out great for the most part but the size of some of the wings were much smaller than other places like Buffalo Wild Wings. If you're gonna order from here hopefully you have a much better experience than we did.

I came in to pick up an online order on 2/25/25. The employees told me they were making it so I proceeded to wait in the lobby. I ended up waiting 10 minutes before asking about my order to be told they never received my order. So the first employee that I talked to, just straight up lied to me without verifying my order. All it takes is double checking your POS to see if my order is in the system instead of being too lazy to check and making up an answer. So then I ended up having to wait 30 minutes total just to get my order. Don't come here. It's a waste your time.

Had one of worst experiences here! Was met by a very rude lady name Jeanette. I had tried to ask her about special on Monday/Tuesday and she snapped at me!! I was completely turned off by her BAD attitude I almost walked out. They really need to put in place better people at cashier. I know a lot of people who would do that job with kindness and respect!

Ordered online for a specific pick up time two hours in advance. Get there at the specific time and they said the wings are not ready. When I ask how can an order that was placed two hours in advance be so late she said "I'm not the one cooking back there". I Ended up having to wait 20 more minutes until order was ready. Then they forget items of my order and sides of ranch are only 1/3 of cup full. This the 3rd time they forget an item. Seems like this location has bad customer service these days. The crew that was there a few years ago was more friendly and more precise with orders.

Update to my previous review of July 21st, 2024: a few days later another manager called( I assume the store general manager). While he was passably pleasant over the phone, he still copped a mild attitude because when he called, he said the wrong name and I told him it was the wrong number before I hung up. When he called back a minute later, he proceeded to scold me for not catching his spelling of my name and confirming that was indeed ME. Excuse me for missing that spelling while I was trying to drive, my safety is paramount. While he did eventually apologize for the original incident of July 21st, I was left with the impression that it was simply "lip service" because they were unhappy with all my online reviews about this store. Yes, I'm on a crusade to leave reviews and negative feedback anywhere I can. I don't forgive or forget. In fact, this manager proceeded to make excuses for the previous manager who was unprofessional on the 21st, claiming that that employee was "the best manager ever in that store" (insert me rolling my eyes). Supposedly, the excuse was that the manager on duty behaved that way because they were receiving prank calls, hence why he didn't identify himself, didn't offer a solution, and laughed at my complaints. Well, as a previous executive myself at various levels with various corporations I am appalled that this MOD was the best your store has to offer. I shiver thinking what the rest of your employees and managers must be like. When the most unprofessional, immature, incapable of distinguishing a "prank call" from a true complaint by an adult and unhappy customer is "THE BEST" then your store needs serious help with hiring better management who are the face of your operations. To summarize: while the second manager made a half-hearted and unsuccessful attempt to justify the incident, in the end he failed to provide any true rectifying solutions. I did make it clear I was not looking for a refund or anything else, they simply lost a multitude of customers from my whole circle of friends and family. None of us is desperate to order at Wingstop, we are Italians and can cook better than them on any given day. They lost the business of hundreds of my peeps, because when you wrong one Italian, you wrong ALL OF US. It's called the "domino effect", look it up!

All the customers who are missing food,! Look at the size of the employees lol... that's why they don't want to give refunds or replace the food!
