Every dang time they lie about wait times. 5 means means 15 on top of waiting for 10. Why do they lie

Wow I have never ever seen a food establishment this dirty & filthy, the kitchen is a mess! I've worked at Wingstop before & our management will never ever accept this filth nor allowed this! Who's the manager here?

5/12/2024 i use to come here 2-3 times a week but on this day a simple chicken sandwich and stale fries I didn't finish got me sick for the next three days with an upset stomach. I will not be going there again

Management or Owners or anyone in charge of this place. Jesus Christ fix this business. Your employees are unprofessional and I think they're understaffed. This is not a way to run a business in this country. We're receiving Orders all wrong and estimated times are incorrect. Wasting everyone's time and money. FIX IT OR SHUT IT DOWN. WTF!!

Newest location in the Chino-Ontario area and it lives up to the Wingstop reputation... They fry up delicious crispy buffalo wings and serve them with scratch made ranch and blue cheese.Spacious-enough dining room (let's face it... most orders are carry out or delivery) and Coke freestyle machine seal the deal.The fries are bomb too... Nicely seasoned and especially good fresh out the fryer. Dip them in those yummy dressings and they just hit different.

I just ate here. the food of course was amazing but my order was wrong in that I asked for an additional fries multiple times and the guy just couldn't get that.. I had to repeat my order multiple times as well partially my guy's fault because he changed his order. Anyways as I was walking out to leave i slipped and fell on some fries that were on the floor and i broke my fall with my left over wings and fries/drink and my knees which now hurt . My drink cup broke and spilled all over .. sorry about that.None of the staff seem to notice and after getting back up, i had to get their attention, to let them know what happened. The same guy came out and just said "sorry" under his breath like it wasn't worth saying. Not asking if I was okay. Then I let him know that the drink was all over the floor and that there are fries on the floor that are slippery when stepped on. He glanced at it then went back to what he was doing 'stocking supplies' instead of putting up a wet floor sign at the least or getting a towel or mop. I hope no one else falls . Didn't even get offered a new cup seeing that mine broke when I fell. If you do fall there expect not compassion or empathy. A not happy customerSierra B.

God damn, these fries a week old or something? Extremely Stale, these fries so old I can make vodka with them. Hook me up with some fresh fries next time

I ordered online and door dash said my order was ready (which I know is updated through the store because I've worked fast food as well). In other words why tell me my order is ready and I come in to wait 10 minutes even though my order said it's ready. I come in there's 0 greeting or "we'll be right with you". I waited about 10 minutes to finally get my order. Seems unsanitary. There were also no gloves being used while making my order :/

Worst food establishment I've ever encountered, the girl there was very rude, order took 15 minutes longer than what receipt said, place was filthy, I asked for lightly salted fries, the girl purposely poured extra. Never eating there again.

This location is unorganized, understaffed and untrained on customer service.Completely ignored when trying to pick up my online order, which was sitting on the shelf the whole time.
