Had my daughters wedding here, I give it 5 stars, Katie is a wonderful manger and all of her staff are very help full

Our wedding took place on 6/25/2022 so this review is late but this place deserves much more recognition because of how great our experience was and how lovely the atmosphere is. Willow Woods is cute, whimsical, and the service is top tier. If you want to have a small and intimate wedding, this place has 3 different elopement packages to choose from at affordable prices. We selected the "Love Story" elopement package which was their most inclusive package and allowed us to have up to 18 guests and 3 hours exclusive use of the park. Everything was included like day-of wedding coordination, seating, reception meal, cake, centerpieces, and appetizers for guests. Katie, our coordinator, was kind and amazing and made sure that everything was taken care of. As a bride, I stressed very little leading up to the wedding because everything was pretty much taken care of by Katie and her team. She was very responsive and always answered any questions I had. The food served at the reception is artisan pizza from LouEddies and it was delicious, all of our guests loved it! Both my husband and I love pizza so that was a plus and definitely something we liked about the venue. Since we only had 3 hours at the venue and the day went by super fast, to keep the party going some of us went down to the Lakefront Taproom Bar and Kitchen. My husband and I were still in our wedding attire so that made the evening even more fun because the guests at the restaurant clapped and we got jello shots on the house. It definitely made the evening more enjoyable and fun! Willow Woods was all I could ever want as a bride because it felt like an enchanted forest from a storybook. I loved the rustic and whimsical aesthetic, the cute 1920s cabins, the woodsy outdoors, and the pizza!All in all, I highly recommend Willow Woods Park and recommend looking into their elopement packages. Skip the huge wedding reception with 100+ guests and save yourself the stress and have a smaller wedding in the beautiful woodsy outdoors instead.PS: All of the photos posted on this review were professionally taken by our wedding photographer. First off willow woods park is gorgeous and the food is amazing!Katie (their wedding coordinator) was so lovely and helpful. We wanted a very unconventional wedding and she went above and beyond to make our dreams come true!We had a ton of things go wrong, as almost all weddings do, but not one of them was due to the venue or coordinator. Katie was a calming presence that we truly appreciated.

After some searching for a venue in the forest we chose Willow Woods Park for our wedding day. We loved the location (with such close proximity to Lake Arrowhead and lodging options) and the feel of this place, it suited our style perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. The venue is rustic, gorgeous and absolutely enchanting. We worked with Katie from first meeting all the way through, and she was a big part of what sold us on the location! Katie does everything to make sure the process flows with ease and your day happens the way you envisioned. She really went out of her way to create the feel we wanted and accommodate our needs and preferences! She is both easy going but handles things like a boss. Such a pro and a delight to work with! We adore her just as much as the wonderful space she has cultivated on this property. On top of all that, Lou Eddie's pizza is so yum and we were thrilled to have their delectable spread for our dinner! Our wedding day vibe was so perfect and so much fun! We just got our pictures back and there are literally too many to decide between for our favorites, because the scenery is just so magical! If we had the day to do over, we would choose this space again and again for our celebration. So grateful for this sanctuary under the trees and for how special our day with loved ones here was. We will always return to enjoy the trees, a slice of pizza and the memories!

Stunning place for an enchanted forest venue. This place is gorgeous and the owners put a lot of thought into preparing the property. 30 minutes from Redlands/San Bernardino area makes this place a near-by retreat. First things first Katie is absolutely amazing. She made wedding planning simple for me. My wedding was exactly what I wanted. Table settings and all decorations were beautiful. Food was amazing and everyone loved it. Thank you Katie and the people who assisted in the set up. I definitely recommend this venue for rustic/outdoor/mystical themed venue. Property is so breathtaking and photos look amazing. A+++++!

We were married August of 2014. Lou and her staff are amazing. The venue is gorgeous and perfect for small weddings, we had 75 people. The food was incredible.

My husband and I got married at Willow Woods Park a couple weeks ago and it was absolutely magical! It was everything we dreamed of and more! Willow Woods is a hidden gem and was such an amazing place to get married. My husband and I both wanted an intimate, forest wedding, and we fell in love with Willow Woods Park. What made it even better was the coordinator, Katie. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Katie and what a pleasure it was working with her through this process. Katie ensured that everything went smoothly for our wedding, went above and beyond to make our day special, is so personable (my husband and I seriously feel like we have a made a new friend ) and we would highly recommend Willow Woods for a wedding/venue and the amazing Katie and all the staff there. We look forward to visiting the mountain every year for our anniversary and coming by Willow Woods and reminiscing on what a fantastic and beautiful venue we had for our wedding and how magical it was. All the twinkling lights amongst the forest trees and celebrating with family and friends...it was wonderful. All of our family and friends raved about the venue and that they had such a great time at the wedding. Thank you Katie and Willow Woods staff for making our day so special and enjoyable!

Had my wedding here June 2019, it was beautiful. Dream wedding in the woods. Katie did a fantastic job, she did it all, we just showed up and had a amazing time. Everyone loved it and the pizza was delicious. Perfect spot for an intimate outdoor wedding.

We had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect, Katie did an amazing job at organizing everything from start to finish and was a pleasure working with. I couldn't have asked for a better venue or people to coordinate our wedding. Beautiful venue, amazing food by Loueddies, and an unforgettable awesome experience!
