Wienerschnitzel

I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a #1 medium with a bottle of water. I was asked if I wanted cheese, and I said no. Guess what? I got cheese anyway! If I wasn't starving and in a hurry, I would have gone back in and made them fix it. I it 2 stars because my fries were fresh and delicious! $20 per hour, and you still can't get an order, right!!!

Price difference PSA. I ordered the same thing at two different locations. Here and the location on Central Ave. 1 Mustard Dog and 6 Mini Corn DogsCentral Ave - $5.31Mission Grove - $6.94Your choice. This place is closest to my house so I will probably still visit this place, just not as frequent. This location is usually slow to roll out your food and the quality isn't better than other locations. If you want to pay more for a worse experience overall come here.

Went through the drive thru at 1pm which should have been just after the lunch rush so you'd think the food would be fresh. Nope. Ordered two corn dogs and they were so soft. Not a hint of crunch at all which means it had been sitting there for a while. The fries were incredibly wilted and mushy like it had been steamed. My bill was 8.70 and I gave a 20 dollar bill. I got back $10.70 in change. The receipt clearly shows 11.70. I asked where my other dollar is and the lady didn't apologize. It was more like a " oops, you caught me". Won't be going back. Count your change at this location!

I love coming here to get the Tapatio fries. They are so damn good. The chilli cheese dogs are good as well. The staff here is good and the drive thru is always fast.

I've always found certain things at Wienerschnitzel to be a bit pricey. The last time I asked for a pretzel bun upgrade, it was like 90 cents, which may just be this location, but still, too much. At least they have cheap fries that are pretty good, and daily specials on ice cream. So tonight I went to pick up some Sunday special sundaes for everyone, only to find out that there are no more specials. So I asked for some mini-sundaes and was told that they had been discontinued also. At this point, I just cancelled my order. When you establish specials over a period of years that people come to expect, it's no different than massively increasing your prices. All things considered, there are plenty of other places nearby and honestly, it's not that hard to put together a hotdog myself or buy ice cream and caramel topping at the store, so that's what I'll be doing from now on. Adios, Wienerschnitzel.

No changes allowed to a menu item. Attitude was take it this way or get "nothing." I'll go with the nothing ... at this location again.

Well maybe it was our fault. But the cashier had major tude cus me and my friends tried to order a 29-cent cone. Wasn't that serious but he made a big deal about it being 79-cent and made it a ordeal about us being wrong. Other than that this is a chill ass wiener. It's in the middle of nowhere located across the way from Tommy's. I dnt know who would choose Wienerschnitzel over Tommy's but hey you can definitely come here for cheap sweets : D

I love this wienerschnitzel, I go once a week for a veggie dog. I custom order, it's always right, the fries are hot and fresh and it's quick.

Horrific service, I love this place but almost every single employee that works here has no customer service whatsoever. No hi, no thank you, no have a good day. Nothing, absolutely ridiculous. Fire your entire staff or teach them all some common decency.
