Wienerschnitzel

Ordered two chili dogs and it tasted nasty!! Very salty and no flavor of chili. Now I know why this place has no customers. Not going back!

This is the large fry I received at the wienerschnitzel on Van Buren in Riverside, CA. I immediately showed the manager, who was working the window and he response was sorry thats how they come. I told him this was unacceptable and to please fill it properly. He said he weighed it and its correct. Such a horrible person, such horrible customer service. I will no longer visit this particular location because of him and this interaction.

This place is not good and we won't be back. Slow moving staff, the young man preparing the ice cream products was pulling out a tray of the syrup topping, pulled down his mask to lick the excess product off his fingers and then proceeded to finish the rest of the order. Didn't wash, didn't sanitize, and no gloves. I ordered a cup of chili in which we have in the past had gotten 1 cup (8 oz) in a 10 oz cup but not this time. Apparently the new measure of 1 cup is 1/4 of a cup for $1.79. Sorry but it's a blatant rip off and it's just not right!. We'll go with our instinct and not go there anymore.

Not sure what happened. I arrived 8pm today and waited in line. By 8:10pm I was at the order menu and the employee told me to wait a minute. That minute turned into 30 minutes and no response. I asked a few times if I could order. I couldn't back up either. Lost 40 minutes. No response. No one came out. My other food got cold thanks to you guys. Very unprofessional. If you guys aren't going to take orders then close off the drive thru.

I had a great experience at the drive thru. Quickly took my order. In a friendly and helpful manner. At the window I was once again greeted. My chili cheese fries looked and were delicious. I came around 1030 pm and they were still serving their tastee-freez cones to other clients in line. Not like othe Mcfast food places that claim that their machine is not workinglate at night. As I was driving away I also observed that the exterior of this location was very well maintained. They have an outdoor eating area that looked like it had been recently cleaned. I love that Wienerschnitzel gives you take out bags with handles. Makes it easy to carry. I also love that they offer a discount for those who serve.

Just went there through the drive. As I was ordering there was a plane flying over fairly low (and loud) we ordered a polish sandwich no mustard, add mayo and the server kept saying "I was asking what else" after "polish sandwich" after "no mustard" & after "add mayo". Extremely rude!Got the sandwich and large fry and he said that the fry was very hot and fresh. We LOVE fresh fries, problem was that he didn't salt them, not even lightly. The sausage in the Polish sandwich was very old and kind of greenish around the edge. My dog liked it. Who is training these people? They are doing a piss poor job of it.

Always great food here, I really can't complain and use the online coupons they help a lot

This IS GREAT , a NEW Sundae and it's not that much. Anyways this restaurant is always GREAT I never get cold food ever.

Went today and ordered mint Oreo ice cream and was treated so bad and rude when I asked for a mint Oreo ice cream her reply back to me on the intercom we do not sell ice cream here, ma'am you meant to say Freezy is that what she was trying to say I said yes what else do you want I said, can we get a chili cheese dog? I said, never mind I don't want none of this shit I'm leaving because I don't have to be talk to you like this. OK well bye and I drove off.

This place always forgets at least one thing. Gave me a hard time at the window about my coupon being in a text message so I had to look for it again, same exact coupon. Of course they forgot part of my order. I called and after ringing about a thousand times I get some rude employee who is apparently also the manager(in title only as this place is clearly not managed very well) and tells me I have to come all the way back, using my gas to remedy HIS mistake. After looking at the previous reviews, I decided it's not worth it. Get it together. Mistakes happen but how we choose to deal with mistakes says a lot.
