Wienerschnitzel

It is a Wienerschnitzel. It is in the same plaza as the Carl's Jr but they have slightly different designated parking.We just got a snack. It tasted fine and came out immediately.Restrooms were fine as well.

I really liked this Weinersnitzel located on University Ave in Riverside. I had good customer service and food was fresh & delicious. I had the deal of 2 chili dogs & fries for $5.00. A very good lunch deal. I give this place 4 stars . Keep up the great work.

Waste of money I couldn't eat either hot dog!!! they were disgusting dry and hard...... I wish I wouldn't have thrown them I wish I would have took pictures of them they were disgusting they are exactly what a hot dog looks like when you leave it out overnight It almost look like a slim Jim on one side and they were both like that not everybody has a lot of money in their pocket That could have been my only money to eat You can't force people to eat food that will make them sick these hot dogs are overpriced anyways they need to be made perfect!

Is what it is... fast friendly service in drive-through and easy to find!!! Quick and satisfying.

This place is the equivalent of the disgusting place. It's filthy and dirty and smells horrible. Besides it their customer service is horrible. No wonder you would not see even a car parked in their parking lot. It's time for this filthy business to go away.

During the month of January, weinerschnitzel has a deal of 4 chili dogs for $4 on Wednesdays. Seems like a great deal to feed a small army. I came to this location on the 2nd Wednesday of the month and ordered 20, they did some odd things with the register, but I left with 20 dogs and paying $23.60. Yet again, I'm feeding a few people so I went back tonight, 3rd week of January. I ordered 20 chili dogs and the total came out to over 70 dollars. I asked about the 4 for 4 deal and was told that they do not have that. I went to the weinershnitzel on central in riverside and there was no issue honoring the deal. Not to mention it was only $21.75, what kind of scam is the weinershnitzel on university trying to pull? I will never go back.

Don't go here unless you want to be screamed at by the manager. I placed an order in the drive thru and there was a very long pause. I said "Hello?" And the manager immediately got attitude and said I'm here in an abrupt tone. I didn't hear her read back my order correctly and so I repeated the order. She yelled at me, "Yes. That's exactly what I had " I told her nevermind. I probably would have gotten spit in my food at that point. I drove up and asked for her manager. She said that she was the manager and she continued to berate me that she didn't like my tone. Well she definitely taught me a lesson, not to ever go back here. If any responsible and level headed owner or manager reads this and actually cares, I think that your drive through speakers cut out which may have led to this misunderstanding. The manager on duty that I delt with was working 12/20/24 at 5:30 pm.

On Monday 09/23/24 my daughter and I came here after moving my grandson into his apartment for school at U.C. Riverside. It was about 5:45 p.m. We ordered 2 chili dogs, fries, and a kraut dog with 2 drinks. The person behind the counter was taking orders. After 38 minutes we asked what the problem was. we were told that the person preparing the food left. No one else in the building knew how to prepare the food. Customers were asking for a refund and yelling about the wait. One gentleman asked for a refund and they could not give him a refund so he left. He was yelling It's just a dam hot dog how hard can it be??? Finally another two people came in and said they would get the orders ready. My daughter asked if they could wash their hands first because they just ran into the back area to prepare the food. One of the ladies did wash her hands. Once we received our order it was cold. This was one of the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. They need to cross train the people working here. I am sure they were just as frustrated with what happen as we were. Get your act together or close down. I agree it's just a hot dog how hard can it be?
