Horrible!!!!! The chili was to salty the hotdogs where cold .... Don't waste your money!!! After we left we stopped at a Arco and just tossed the food in the trash!!!! Call the next day didn't have the receipt but showed the transaction on my bank account... Talk to a so called manager who was rude to the 3rd degree..... Basically told us to F off!!!We will never eat there again.. Even our kids have went there and said the food is horrible. Now I see the complaints and reviews!!!!! Horrible food!!!! Unprofessional staff We eat at wienerschitzel in Norco LA even the high desert we have never had this experience before...Horrible Horrible No Stars minus 10

Don't get me wrong. The food is always good and delicious here, but the customer service is 1 star. More than half the time I get treated rudely by the drive-through cashier. There's one in particular that sounds like she actually hates her job and the way she talks to you with her tone, makes you feel like she doesn't like you either. The one that has a heavy accent is OK, she's nice most of the time, but they do make wrong amount charges on your debit card so you have to make sure to look at your receipt.

SUPER ANNOYING DRIVE THRU ENTRANCE!The food was good, we got it fast, and the customer service was fine... but having the entrance of the drive thru at the entrance of the plaza? SO ANNOYING. The drive thru line is constantly overflowing into a busy street. The plaza itself is also pretty sketchy at night time as well, so keep that in mind if you plan to use their outdoor dining or their parking lot.

So this is the 3rd time the same person at the window gets the order wrong. With this said I was bringing it to her attention today after I had to drive back and re-order. So disappointed in her response as she showed no customer service experience what so ever. As I'm explaining to her that she "again" got my order wrong and my 9yr old granddaughter confirmed it wasn't me she starts to get upset and shut the window (so unprofessional and rude) on me without listening (this the 3rd time). Not a great role model for my granddaughter who like most kids end up working their first job at a fast-food joint... Weinerschnitzel really needs to train their employees better! Totally disappointed in her action. Maybe instead of talking about personal business while taking an order (I heard her speaking in Spanish about personal business) since evidently she can't multi-task.

Beware! If you order a cup of water in the drive-thru to wash down your hot dog, you won't get a lid for your teeny-tiny, flimsy cup. I asked for a lid and was told they couldn't give me one. It's unfortunate because how can you keep the water from spilling--either on yourself or in your car--when your car is in motion?My child can't have sugary drinks and had run out of water. Last time I went through this drive-thru and asked for water, I was given a small cup with a lid, but not this time. I never have these issues when I go through Chik-fil-A or In-N-Out. No wonder those businesses are always busy serving customers--they know how to make their customers happy.

I should have checked reviews for this one first. Machine voice at order speaker. No order feedback. Person at the window has no idea what your order is, I asked and she said it wrong 3 times. She tried to tell me that veggie dogs don't come with pickles, this is why you need to talk to a person not a machine, I ordered pickles. My veggie dogs were cold and one was missing a pickle. My French fries were cold and hard. I will stick with the wienerschnitzel on Allesandro, they never get it wrong.

Southern tea not authentic, you show us a picture of delicious looking tea, but we get some regular tea with peach syrup in a regular cup, false advertising to me, I guess anything to get me in there huh, never again!!
