Tried this place for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The location was nice, clean and decorated. I ordered a French dip, mac and cheese with a bread bowl and a buffalo chicken sandwich. All of the food tasted great, with my one gripe being the quantity of protein in the sandwiches. I saw them weighing the meat before putting it on the sandwich, so I am sure that's how they do it for all the sandwiches. I figured this is how it was done, which was why I did not order a pastrami sandwich (I'm used to eating at The Hat, which almost gives you too much meat, almost). I ordered online and arrived a little after the ready time, and it wasn't quite ready, but only added a couple minutes, so no big deal. I would come back again and recommend it as an alternative to other sandwich shops.

First off, the staff was incredibly friendly & worked hard the entire time we were there. I have zero complaints about the employees. Second, the bread was fantastic. So the rest of it .... I ordered a BLT & a cup of clam chowder. I rarely eat pork or beef but have been in the mood for a BLT. It's really tough to mess up a BLT. The bacon was paper thin, chewy, & had very little flavor. It tasted like the already cooked microwave bacon. There were barely any tomatoes & the lettuce was basically bagged salad, it even had the salad carrots in it.The clam chowder tasted like Campbell's canned soup & was only partially heated through, like it had been reheated in a microwave. There were pockets of the soup that were like lava but the potatoes were cold.My daughter had the Mac & cheese & a veggie sandwich with avocado on the side. The avocado was in the sandwich. The Mac & cheese was "meh". Definitely not worth the almost $50 bill.

I recently visited West Coast Sourdough in Norco, California, and had a fantastic experience! The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. There's plenty of seating available, so it's a great spot to relax and enjoy your meal. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality and variety of options they offer. While their sourdough is definitely a highlight, they also have a wide selection of other types of bread, including gluten-free options. It's a must-try for anyone in the area looking for delicious, fresh bread and a pleasant dining experience.

Excellent new sandwich place in Norco. My family and I all got the Turkey Cranberry sandwich and we agreed it was great. The sourdough bread was soft, yet crisp. We also got soup and mac and cheese, and all were very good as well. The customer service was excellent and the restaurant itself was clean. The prices for this type of upscale sandwich place were fine. Ultimately, I am very happy to have discovered this place!

Spent the day in Norco at the big soccer complex watching our granddaughter play in the SoCal State Soccer Tournament and wanted to have lunch at someplace healthier than McDumps or Jack in the Back and opted for West Coast Sourdough. Kids went for the Macaroni and Cheese and the adults gravitated towards the salad menu. My choice was the Cobb Salad. This is normally a solid choice as I have ordered this at three other West Coast Sourdough locations. The salad from this location was just okay. It seemed to lack in toppings and the small amount of blue cheese dressing did not pop with flavor. The overwhelming amount of lettuce was mostly white or mostly the core of the lettuce and seemed a little bitter. Three slices of sourdough was good that accompanied the salad. Others seem to enjoy their choices and service was fantastic. The restaurant was clean, restroom was clean and there seemed to be plenty of parking. The positives outweighed the negatives and therefore West Coast Sourdough in Norco earns a solid 4 stars from me.

Came in today for the grand opening and received a free 6 inch sandwich. Service was very friendly it was kinda crazy. Super hot outside but they were passing out water. I ordered the number 8 with house sauce. I think I would do just regular mustard and mayo. Bread was perfect.

First time here. Off to a shaky start. The food was extremely good. Really like the bread. I am a little concerned with the service. It was a little, shaky and somewhat wonky, placing the order and sitting there waiting for your food. It wasn't the most streamline. I do know that the cost of food has gone up drastically, but it appears their sizeflation going on here also. You pay what seems to be a fair amount for your sandwich but when you get it, the amount of ingredients is lacking. I hope this is just some trying to get their sea legs and understand what proper portioning should be. The product that was put on the sandwich was outstanding. I do hope that they're able to work out the bugs with their service and portion control.
