Wendy's

I just had the best experience at Wendy's. I received excellent customer service from Weston at the drive thru window. He was courteous, quick, and made sure my order was complete. There's nothing worse than getting home only to realize you're missing something. I appreciate his concern. I eat out a lot and unfortunately you don't get great customer service everywhere. I'll be back. Thank you Weston! I appreciate you.

Thank you Guille, and Alma L.I enjoy this Wendy's before and after work! I ordered the Classic Chicken combo with a bacon potato and 6 piece nuggets with sweet and sour. A frosty too. Ummmm GOOD!

The customer service at this place is horrible. You ask to speak to a manger and she acts like a child and offers no assistance. They have no problem charging you before they tell you the price or give you a receipt (done to an elderly person). If I had the name of the manger I would definitely put it in this review but lucky for them I didn't get.

They focused on drive thru orders and we were waiting 10 minutes before ordering at the register . One person said we'll be with you in a few minutes , then 8 minutes had went by . Poor service that they couldn't balance the drive thru order in .

I came here on February 29th to get a free Cinnabon. I ordered the 2 for $3 sausage biscuits, they were pretty small, but okay. The Cinnabon was good, but I wouldn't buy the sausage biscuits again.

Went through the drive through tonight wanted to use a coupon on their app the manager came up without me even asking for her and very rudely said I couldn't use it cuz they're scanner hadn't been working for over a week the she stared at me like I was stupid. Not sure if she was having a bad day but she needs to work on her customer service

Food was good but cGot our order wrong and we even had them repeat the order at the window , we should have looked in the bag to make sure but because they repeated our order correctly we thought it was okay and we shouldn't have to inspect it , they should have quality control in the first place

This location was closed at 7:16pm, I was surprised because it never happened to us before and I saw some customers was inside and eating so I knocked the door. Customer came to door and open for us. This worker was so rude yelling at customer. So, when we got inside this worker named Ashley was so mad and yelling at us. We don't understand what she was saying so we asked nicely for paper and write. She stormed in the back and gave us paper and ignored us. So I wrote down (picture) so she gave us attitude again and explained to us that they are short staffed so they has to closed for 30 mins. She allowed us to order foods inside. Also, My friend saw other "Guy" worker there was laughing at us and gossiping in the back. What kind business does that and that really disrespecting. I have notice many upsetting customer tried to comes in too. I am going to call Corp and tell them what happens! I hope they fired everyone works there and get better manager that could keep better track of their employment so they won"t be short staffed anymore. I have seen other reviews that it not first time. Sound like they need better manager at this location.

My go to spot for my lunch break. Food always comes out quick and fresh. Great service!
