Wendy's

Place doesn't give sauce and is very stingy with giving sauce, I asked for 3 ranch and they gave me 1...

Excellent customer service. Alejandro did a great job. I would definitely suggest going to this windy if you are in Riverside County.

This Wendy's is pretty good, I don't know what the bad reviews are talking about. Great, super fast service. The food is almost always great, the machines are normally working, always quiet and peaceful when I go. Staff is all great too. Overall, I'm satisfied with this Wendy's. It's not perfect, but for me, it's good enough.

The new Wendy's on Tyler was great fries were fresh hamburger was delicious and the service was outstanding

Service has deteriorated. Each time is more disappointing than the last. Value is a thing of the past. Chicken nuggets have shrunk. Portion of fries is much smaller. Feels like toddler's meal for adults. Where have you gone Wendy's? What ever happened to you?

1st the wait was extremely long for 2 breakfast sandwiches with knowone in line. 2nd they got the order all wrong. 3rd I tried to call them about it and they don't ever pick up the phone....they should be shut down

Very poor service and experience not to mention lousy customer service. I placed a mobile order, they didn't have what I ordered, waited until I pulled up at the end to tell me and no apology not to mention refund or anything. now I have to make an additional call and waste more time trying to get my money back for something I never got. I won't ever be going back there, there's a reason why they have very low reviews!

Tried to order a junior biggie meal. Worker had no idea what I was talking about. Ended up giving me a kids meal! Stop with the DEI hiring! This isn't the first time I've had issues with this place

My son and I came to this wendys we ordered through drive thru. First the service we received through the drive was bad the guy handed me my change to fast that coins went flying he didnt say sorry nor did he replace them. i had to keep asking for condiments and napkins because they didnt give me any with the order. Once i left the drive thru I pulled in the parking lot to eat the food with my son. When he took a bite of his baconator he found a quarter wrapped in tape and mold. Right away i went inside the restaurant to report it. I had to wait for the manager to get back from break. As we were waiting I can see all the youngster workers talking to each other and laughing about what i went in to complain about. When the manager got back of course she was a young girl to she made me feel as if this was a joke and we had purposely done this. All she said was that can be we dont handle coins in the back lol and that she can personally go in the kitchen and make me another sandwich. I said no i do not want anything just my money back. Never again eating Wendys!

Very indecisive of who and when they serve breakfast to. Usually when I come it's "yea but it'll take a little longer is that ok" but other times it's we only serving breakfast right now. Well that's the reason why there's no one here no one in the drive thru no one wants it. Either way consistency would be nice, im tired of wasting my time everytime I feel like some Wendy's before work either only serve breakfast or it's gonna take a little longer you pick one
