10/7/24 1:30pm Pro tip - when asking for cream get it on the side. I ask for TWO cream, and they turned my cold brew into milk.

I ordered my food and was asked to wait for them to make it. After waiting a while I only received half of my order. I went to let them know and as I'm waiting at the counter they see I'm there but don't acknowledge me. The person in charge said she'll be with me but never came over to resolve my issue. I had to wait to another person to help me out. Finally I explained what happened and they said they would remake my whole order. So after waiting 20 min I finally receive my order. While I was there I observed the chaos that was occurring among the employees and it was not good. Very unorganized, no communication and the person in charge didn't have a handle on the situation.

I am afraid this will be a bad review for Wendy's. Last night at 8:55 PM my whole family of five went there. Not all 13 of us went this time. The food was cold, maybe under lukewarm. The French fries were old and cold. The service at the register was good. But the looks we received from the workers were like why are you coming in so late. A lot of frowning. I see now why the place was completely empty. If your food is bad and the service is not what it should be maybe there's a reason why nobody is in there. For being a brand new restaurant the place should be a lot more busy and happy. I hope to revisit once I see some changes. Maybe the corporate offices can get involved and change management.

Walked in walked out..the place was a mess tables had crumbs on them 4 tables,floor had trash under tables,water on top of table ,entry welcome rug was never vacuumed soda rug as well,asked to have my table wiped down, the girl took her time. Just do a visual before ordering or don't even go there it is sad ..people are there just for a check..

I would normally turn around and ask for fresher fries but i had no time to go back. The fries tasted room temp and tasted aweful

We get here and realize it's not busy, so we could get our food right away, but that was not the case. We go in the drive through and there's NO line. Then we pull up to the drive through window and they tell us to park in a parking spot. There was no one else behind us, and there was no one inside the Resturant. There was NO need to make us park out in the front of Wendy's. We waited more than 10 minutes for our food. Then when I asked for sauce, one of the employee's just asked if I could just pull back around in the drive through and he'll give me some. I only gave 1 star because at least the food was okay. The service ALWAYS sucks. I've gone to this location MULTIPLE times and they always make people wait in the front for their food. I don't recommend coming to this location at all.

Workers were extremely rude she rushed the whole order and when I told her if I can look at the order my husband was sending me she told me to hurry up because she has a line as if I'm not apart of that line she messed up my entire order for my family, wrong size ,wrong food all together and the chili I specifically told her not to add onions into because I'm allergic she didn't listen still everything was cold and outdated almost stale like it was constantly re warmed when I went to pay for the order she snatched the money from my hand and when she gave me the order she threw it at me and it landed on the floor she had to remake one of the biggie bag orders the lady was pierced on her face unprofessional and looked like a chola that hated her job I didn't do anything to provoke her so if she can't handle being at least a little respectful she shouldn't be working in customer service have some manner at the very least!
