Wendy's

Hmmm something is off here lolI ordered a Triple Berry Frosty. And it just tasted so weird. It didn't have a berry flavor at all. It was just a bland no flavor soft serve, that tasted super chalky. I took a spoon full and regretted it. Then passed it to my fiancé and he did the same thing. We were both confused on why it tasted like powder lol The French Fries were good. Cooked well and had just enough salt on them. I ordered an iced tea and water too. These summer days have been so hot that you need something to quench your thirst. The water and iced tea did just that! Also, I think the salt from the French Fries also helped me feel better with the heat. I don't know how that makes any sense though lol Because salt dehydrates you more.

Been going to this Wendy's for over a year and mostly every time the food is cold. Keep giving them chances since my son likes Wendy's. You have to tell them you want hot fries/food which I find weird .... To think I'm paying my money for old cold food is insane.

chubby tall guy with glasses and curly hair at the drive thru window shorted me $3I used a coupon on my mobile app. The offer was for certain added to my card. He scanned it - the offer was a free any size soft drink with purchase I ordered a medium fry, two chicken blts and then the drink which would have been free because I had an offer for it. he said $15 and change. He scans the app. Says $15 and change againUm...what about the free soft drink? I don't know if he's pocketing money or what but that's a gallon gas taken from my pocket. So much for using the Wendy's app for discounts, the employees will just pocket the difference Should have been like $11 and change after discount that he didn't give me

Staff here are friendly and helpful. The eating area is open and clean. The quality of food is always good. I usually order from the app because the drive-thru line is always busy. The classic pretzel bacon chicken pub sandwich is the best sandwich they have! I hope they never take that off their menu. I love their soda machines cause you can get all kinds of drinks.

Watched a young man come in and ask for a water cup for his puppy outside (as it is hot as heck today) only for an employee named Noemi to chew him out and say she is going to charge him next time because this is his second time asking for a water cup. Whether this is policy or not, how could anyone be this heartless? This employee was also rude to us as we ordered, but I had brushed it off as "they dont pay any of these people enough." Kind of seemed like she enjoyed being rude to that young man though. Deplorable. Shame on you, terrible older lady. Food was hot and fresh. Just need to fire the lady with the bad eyebrows.

The food is alright but the service is horrible. Everytime I go here, the staff is borderline rude. They always forget the sauces that I ask for.

They charge you a $2.25 Terminal Fee .What is that all about? Food is awful fries are cold.

The worst wendy's I've ever been through. This happened on 10/2 at 7pm. I had two separate orders and they said they only took one order per car and didn't add my other order. Then at the window I wanted to add one more thing and they said I couldn't add anything to the order at the window. The worst service I've ever experienced and the staff was so rude.

So I went to Wendy's ordered 2 crispy chicken biggie bags was told to park in front to wait by a manager or employee I'm guessing named Vanessa and all my food would be "fresh" got the food fries was cold burger wasn't fresh really I could've just stayed in the drive thru and just waited bad food quality

Service was ok. Unfortunately the location is under construction but this review is about the food. The oil they're using for their frys must be old or tainted. I couldn't place where this funky smell was coming from. It smelled like there was a homeless person standing next to me. It was frys, I was disgusted and threw away the whole meal. I've never experienced fast food like that before. Never going back
