Kind of a hidden gem, weren't sure what to expect but it turned out to be a really good pick!We had 10 people in our party, the waitress was very friendly and didn't bat an eye! She moved some tables around and we were able to all sit together. We did have to wait sometime for service, it looks like 1 waitress was running the whole restaurant. Not sure if it's because of the holiday staffing or if this is normal. Not a big deal though.I ordered the spicy miso ramen, it was delicious! The broth is rich with just the right amount of spice, and noodle is at a good consistency. I do have to mention the egg is not quite at a soft-boiled level, it was almost fully cooked. Not sure if this is their normal cook level, but could be an area to improve. I also got the lychee tea (half sweet). It was ok but nothing to write home about.Overall was very impressed and satisfied with the ramen! 5 stars for the food alone :)

They don't care about food instructions, they don't care if you have a food allergy. But they LOVE to over charge you. I ordered no veggies by preference & food allergy. They gave me a premade bowl they didn't care (they pre make the bowls for orders in the mornings) . Don't recommend go somewhere else that is more affordable and that actually cares about their customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND THIS IS FOREVER THE LAST TIME I ORDER HERE! THIS RESTAURANT SHOULDDO BETTER!!!! I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY ALMOST $20 for RAMEN FOR IT TO BE FLOODED WITH EVERYTHING I ASKED TO BE TAKEN OUT!

I was craving ramen and stumbled upon this spot close to home. The service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. We ordered takeout, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious! I can confidently say this is the best ramen restaurant I've been to so far. My favorite was the Tonkotsu Ramen. It was rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. I highly recommend checking this place!

Ramen is delicious!! I get the spicy miso ramen and it's really really good. I have eaten here about 5 times. Little hole in the wall with great service. The owners are super nice and helpful. The chicken and sauce is also tasty . Great place!! If you like ramen this is a spot..

We happened upon this place driving up to Rancho and we they serve some good ramen! Their seasoned eggs were perfect, not too soy sauce-y (i'm picky with my eggs). The chicken karaage and takoyaki (we asked for sauce on the side, that's why the photo looks dry) were soooo good too, my boyfriend and I burned our tongues trying to eat it fresh so pls if you think you've blown enough, think again The lady who served us was very nice and attentive, such a sweet person. I got the Tonkostu ramen lite but with udon noodles. The broth was amazing. But the pork tasted a bit burnt. I think bc the pork gyoza was burnt too. Maybe they need to clean the flat top. I've been wanting to try this place for a while and I am still glad I did. They packed up my food to-go very nicely. The noodles and the fixing's in the bowl were separate from the broth which I appreciated bc the noodles were obviously not swollen. I only used half the broth and saved the rest for the next night. So I was able to get two meals out of the broth, that was awesome. They have an A rating and the place looked very clean inside. I will definitely be back but maybe to dine in next time.
