Food is good value . Customer service is like whatever did not feel welcomed. Place needs to be cleaned knowing that this is a food business.

I've been eating Waba Grill for over 10 years but this trip was different. First, they had no white rice, but I decided to give the brown rice a chance. Then my bowl came and it had the teeniest amount of steak imaginable. I asked for a refund and when asked "why" I explained how it wasn't enough meat in the bowl for $11.63. Id never recommend not eating Waba Grill but I'd definitely recommend you to stay away from this one since they only want to give a Teaspoon of meat. Get more bang for your buck elsewhere.

Finally tried the Boom Boom taco....I ordered a shrimp taco. It was pretty good, came on a flour tortilla with sauce and cilantro. That was my side of choice with the Value deal. I didn't get any carrots this time, because they are always dry and rubbery.

I'm a regular at this waba..usually come in 3-4 times a week. Usually the portions are good but this seems a bit off. I ordered a regular chicken bowl & mini chicken bowl & the chicken portions are the same.

My plate had a well portion chicken the only thing was that my chicken was hard and overcooked it was really hard to chew and also got the free chicken bowl for my kids! Maybe not over cook the chicken and it would have been perfect the service was ok nothing over the top.

Cashiers are very friendly. Name on ticket said Destiny. It was my first time having Waba grill and she gave me recommendations and told me about the two bowls for $15. I ended up just getting one chicken and steak bowl. The portion size for the steak was a bit small but the food was good. Overall a good experience

Made fresh to order, this place is what you've come to love about meat and veggie bowls. If you are vegetarian, you can opt out of meat. Love the taste and their spicy sauce is delicious. Service is always friendly and fast. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes for my meal. The seating outside makes for a great spot to enjoy your meal and gather with friends.Located in the university plaza, you'll find plenty of options if this doesn't suit your pallet. Maybe after you'll want some desert. Great desert options nearby with a theater in close proximity. Customer service is robotic. Questions are standard when asked what toppings you want. Plenty of parking, you're sure to find a space.Bathrooms are well stocked and clean. Just ask for the key!

Ordered a chicken plate from this location. Was given the tiniest orange and barely a tablespoon of salad. The portions of the sides were completely off from past experiences ordering from Waba Grill.

I went earlier today and needless to say the service was awful. the woman who helped me out was the same person who helped me and my family out before with the same attitude. she was so weird and so dismissive. and rude. and not to mention she was busy having silly conversations with her other coworkers while ringing up someone???? crazy. the food was good tho but it made such a dent in the mood lol the persons name was emily (the one with glasses)

Although this disgusting incident occurred a couple months ago, I am still sharing it so you can stay far away from this location. I was half way done with my bowl when I pulled a hair out of my mouth and I looked closely inside the bowl and seen 2 more strands of hair. It was disgusting. I went back to the location and confronted the girl, knowing the hair belonged to her since she was the only female there. She got mad, gave me attitude when I showed her and took the bowl from my hand and tossed it in the trash. I asked for a refund and she said her co-worker was going to help me out. She went to the back kitchen and didn't come back out the entire time I was there. Her response to leaving hair in the food was truly disgusting. I never received a refund although they said I would. Mind you, she was touching food without gloves and had her hair down.
