WaBa Grill

This is my last review of this location, as I will be finding a new one. Today's chicken was almost cold. I bit down on a bone. The broccoli was old and not very warm. The white rice was the star. The only reason I go here is the location but there is a few more in my area.

Food was colder than usual,Service was not the greatest, but they were really apologetic after realizing I was unsatisfied. I will give this place another shot since it's close to home.

The service at this place is horrible Waited for ever for our food the was given the wrong size drink after the it was told back to us when ordered then was told we weren't charged for the large and needed to pay more I a very rude anger the closed the window in my wife's face with an attitude after we paid the difference. A lesson in customer service is greatly needed here. Will never go back. I highly suggest Vicki's around the corner

Great Staff Great Food Great price. 5 stars for this place. Very consistent and clean restaurant.

Swung by this location for lunch for this first time at this location and it was pretty clean and fast. I didn't have to wait long for my order and they had good service. Parking is kind of rough at this location but other than that I would stop by here again if in the area.

I came into the store last night about 30 minutes before closing and I was not expecting the service to be great. But when Raphael took my order, he was kind and polite. The chicken bowl was great and I appreciated the great service considering how late it was!

The service and staff are amongst the best here! but the tall latino cook, with the thick mustache. Papi chulo!

So the owner or whatever this guy calls himself self finally calls me a month after my complaint to argue! I'm telling This nut the portion size he has his employees give is a joke! I've never had so lil meat and I've been to a few wabba grills! I'm thinking this fool is calling to be rational he calls to go back n forth with me about how much money it's cost him if he gave a certain amount of meat! Like really! So your worried about your cost but not the paying customer! He's asking me how much much do I want! Do I know about oz! All I know is when I went to other wabba grills they load you up!!! And you get full! And your moneys worth! If it wasn't for paying customers your location wouldn't not be up and running and you want to skimp ppl out of their food and money! To save a couple cent! I ended the convo and hung up! Don't call to me argue tf you seen my review I didn't have time to explain myself again. He's horrible! I hope I can reach someone else and let them know how he DIDN'T handled this situation. L

Found a worm in my plate it was between two carrots that were stuck together told the cashier he said it was broccoli then he went to tell the guy in the back Armando and he said it wasn't and they both said it was a piece of broccoli or onion not a worm because supposedly them they wash their veggies and put them in water to steam them but I know that all they do is just take it from the bag they come in and dump them all in one big container and keep in fridge then when someone orders veggies they grab a little bunch and dip it in hot water for like 30sec to steam it and put it in your plate, since the worm was stuck in between the carrots it didn't go into the hot water, I even grabbed it to feel it and it felt like a worm and they did too and they said it wasn't a worm, because if it would've been part of the vegetable it would've came apart as I rubbed it in my fingers but I didn't it felt squishy like a worm, but they kept insisting it wasn't a worm!? It's clearly a worm look at the shape and color and body pattern!
