This place is awful!Too much sauce. A lot of connective tissue in the meat. Not happy with my lunch order from earlier. Service needs to be better.Place was also dirty

Douced in sauce! Way too much. I told them I wanted it plain. By the time I bailed and went to work, I sat down and ate my lunch, and it was saucey aF. The vegetables didn't look fresh, a lot of connective tissue in the meat as well. Pretty upset about the whole situaiton. Won't come back. Go rto flame broiler.

Food was yummy and great! Great customer service and order was ready when I went to pick it up

The cashier who served me was polite and professional. Amy let me know about certain options to add to my meal that I never knew you could add. I went with a rice bowl, but then upgraded to a veggie bowl. The vegetables were fresh and delicious. The food was prepared while being ordered. The food was fresh and would consider coming back next time for lunch. Over all the food was good and the staff was friendly.

This is one of the best WaBa Grill locations around here. Staff always tend to us customers first. Portions are good, and the proteins never disappoint. 10/10.Store is always cleaned, and sauces/utensils are always available. Other WaBa stores should learn from this one.

Would give 0 stars if possible....Order to go and they forgot to give us some items called and they hung up the phone. One of the workers answered the phone and then they hung up on us . will be contacting store in the morning to get the missing items that we paid for ...the cashier was rude and forgot to give the drinks had to ask several times for them

I agree with others about, over sauced. Most employees were nice. One female employee, poor customer service. The dining area was clean and used dirty tables were cleaned up right away. I like that!

Food was good but bad costumer service. One of the workers were insistent that we need to use the water cups just for water like I was gonna get another different drink which I wasn't. Looks clean and well but too many homeless outside

Came in earlier to this location, people were kinda friendly. I placed my order during the lunch break I had at work and it was ok. I had no problems getting the order in. I feel the food was a bit odd / old in some spots. The rice was crispy, like it wasn't cooked enough or old. It was very, very odd.

La comida esta buena pero según su horario dice habren a las 10 am yo llegue 10:10 am y seguían cerrados y tenía que recoger mi orden que hice en línea la cual cuando abrieron aun no estaba lista ocupan poner más atención en que sus empleados cumplan con los horarios que tienen estipulados.
