I love this place specifically. I've been to other WaBa grills but they just don't serve me as well as this one. I always order ahead, like 10min before I get there, and they've always had my food ready and still very hot in 10min. They tend to answer their phone with a timely manner and tend to not make mistakes with my order. I've been coming here for the past two years and I have yet to get a wrong order. VERY VERY pleased with the service.

Made an online order and when I came to pick it up, I noticed this sign that says kids eat free. When I asked how does that work, I was told it can't be done online. Since he wasn't very helpful, my wife asked to speak to a manager to get clarification. He called the cook that's pictured above pretending to be the manager. He was as clueless as the front guy and didn't offer any solution besides parrot that it can't be redeemed online. We then asked for corporate's number to which they told us to Google it. Very unprofessional, it's clear there's nobody in charge at this store. I hope corporate re-trains these people.

I guess I need to say WTF?! I spent $6 on this "mini" bowl. I called and the manager says "oh yea we only put 1 and half ounces of meat now and we are retraining our cooks because they put too much meat". She said this in response to me saying that I come in on the weekend when I work to get the regular bowl and a mini so I can rush lunch home and get back to work. I guess I paid enough for the other bowl to get a regular serving... that hasn't changed yet ! NOTE to self...spend your $18 elsewhere so that your loved ones get full. Treating to eating out on the weekend is no longer worth it! Sorry little tummies...homecooked food loading!

What happen?!? Ugh have standards fallen here. They use to provide freshly made food with quality ingredients, but after this last visit I can see things have changed. We came on a Wednesday night and it was empty. That should've been our sign, but we thought heck yea no wait. Wrong. We placed our order which took longer because it was a new employee (not an issue). Then we waited for our order. We were told it would be a bit of a wait because they were refilling their chicken. Ok, no problem - I'll always wait for fresh food. Well we got two sorry excuses of a bowl. My chicken veggie bowl was filled with old broccoli changing color, the cabbage was raw and the chicken lacked any flavor even with the waba sauce drenched on it. I wish we would've gone to ono instead tbh.

I'll give it a 2. Last time it was great... this time I order 2 salads with protein on the side. Enough for lunch for today and tomorrow for work... but what I got was rotten salad. And an attitude when I call to complain... $30 for green slim..

Management is the worst here! The manager Alma, she is so horrendous and foul to customers when they ask questions, she snaps back at staff and customers. I'm a regular here and all I do is observe, so I've noticed a lot of Nepotism, between certain staff members I might be an elderly woman but I hear their conversations I hear their side comments. Waba grill used to be my favorite restaurant to go to because it's fresh and healthy. But recently this location has lost their hope into making it a welcoming family restaurant. Customer service 3/10 certain workers are very polite and sweet but others are just to rude. I went in three days ago and I'll go in today to confirm, it it smells heavily like gas and it isn't safe for customers to dine in with that heavy smell. For god sake I'm not gonna be here in this earth long, all I ask is for a good quality restaurant. With GREAT customer service and FRESH food. I will keep complaining unless someone does something to this location and management. Because obviously the team there isn't fit to serve

They would NOT allow me to use the restroom. The women's restroom was out of order. I asked if the men's was single stall- they said yes. So I asked for the code. They told me "we can't let you use it because it's the men's restroom" 1st- if it is single stall, then it really does not matter because only one person can use it anyway. 2nd- you are monitoring the bathroom use to ensure that who you deem as "man" enough can use that room? Not only gender discrimination but also just plain stupid. Check California Civil Code 51b

Usually I like waba grill but the last time I picked up my food, the protein tasted like plastic/chemicals. It was a really strong taste and I found a hair in my food. I called the manager for a refund and they said they will refund me my money but that never happened. Not coming here again!
