I tried something different this time, placed the order ahead via the Waba app prior to coming in the establishment. Good thing is that the food was ready for me at the counter. Bad thing is that they forgot the pickled sides and green onions on the side. I mean what's the point of even asking for them on the app if I'm not going to get them in the bag during pick up? The upside of using the app is that you can place multiple orders should you have enough points and there is no wait time for the second or third orders. They even placed my multiple orders in the same bag ready to go. The steak bowl is always my go to, just white rice and steak with their waba sauce. This time I also ordered the side of steak as well. Overall the food is always delicious here, just missing those little sides that would have added more to the bowl. There are plenty of parking and tables inside. They even have high chairs for the little ones too. Ambiance is casual.

Can you believe I have never eaten here?! Lol I put an end to that when my friend wanted to try it out yesterday.We arrived around 11am and no one was inside. Yay for us! We opted for the Value-Combo Special which includes a Chicken (or Tofu) Bowl with your choice of Spicy or Regular Teriyaki Chicken on a bed of white or brown rice, a small side, and small drink. For the price of $8.59, you definitely get what you pay for. I would call it a basic kids' meal if I'm being honest. If you are starvin' Marvin, I would not suggest this meal, as it is pretty small. It was perfect for us, though, as we don't eat rice daily. We each chose the pot stickers as our side, and I also got an extra side dish of veggies.I liked the veggies. They were prepared nicely and not seasoned. The pot stickers tasted good but the wrappers were a bit soggy for my liking.The bowls were pretty tasty, and I like that they give you a packet of Waba Sauce and some hot sauce without you having to ask for them.The drinks were kid-sized for sure, but it's a serve yourself sitch, so you can keep refilling.Good service with a clean interior and reasonable prices. I'd go back again. =)

Horrible service walked in stood there for 10 minutes. Everybody would just look at me. Nobody told me a damn thing nobody even said hi will be with you in a moment. Nothing they just let me stand there for 10 minutes and everybody would just look at me and keep doing what they're doing. Horrible service will never be back to the want Grill ever.

I've been coming to this location for years. Normally, the service and food have been good. However, over the last couple of months, there's been a huge shift in food quality and customer service that have been very disappointing. One of these examples has been with one employee, Patricia T. I've been coming here to order food every weekend, and Patricia has taken my order several times. Every time, there's been an error with my order and although it hasn't been egregious enough to issue a complaint, I've decided to make an exception this time due to the poor attitude and lack of accountability coming from Patricia. Mistakes happen. We are human. Especially with customer service, it's understandable. However, when a mistake occurs, I expect someone to maintain both professionalism and accountability. With Patricia, there's been several times when she has given both my husband and I a poor attitude when we've corrected the order. This has led me to go elsewhere, and my husband is thinking of doing the same. Management: Please have a conversation with Patricia on the attitude adjustment as well as ensuring food orders are receiving the necessary attention to be correct for customers, so Wabba Grill can continue to be a great place for healthy food options.
