Small tight parking lot that is home to many stores it is difficult to find close parking here.Waba can be very busy during the lunch hour and might not be the most quick in and out place.Overall the food is very standard. Nothing really stands out but you will never be fully disappointed.If you are a teriyaki bowl person it's an average place overall.Pretty much worth a skip.

Nice little place that serves healthy rice bowls ranging from chicken, steak, salmon, shrimp, and tofu.Service was fast and they didn't seem super busy. The ambiance was just a couple people but it wasn't a lunch rush. I got the chicken bowl and it was okay. The chicken was a little dry and the rice was dry as well. The sauce made up for it and felt like the food was sitting for a little bit.

The woman working as the cashier on 10/14 around 12 was beyond rude. The place is busy, food is always good but the experience I had today was downright rude. She could not be bothered to speak to or help anyone who was waiting with online orders. There was a line of food packaged and ready to be picked up but literally would not speak to anyone. She eventually called out for #24 and asked if it was me, as I said "no, but I'm picking up for .." she turned around and straight up ignored me. I waited a few more minutes and had to reach around the counter to grab my order, which had been sitting there for 7+ minutes. I wasn't the only one waiting there and seemingly frustrated. This was my first time having a bad experience there, I had never seen that young woman working there.

Say what you will about the service. It hasn't been 5 star customer service every time, but there's good and bad cashiers everywhere you go. 9 times out of 10 I've gotten good customer service at this location.However, the food here is TOP TIER. Easily the best tasting waba grill I've been to. I go here for lunch a few times a week and get the boom boom chicken. Bomb.

Mirna.. very nice, always greets people with a smile. The gentlemen working there always remember my name.. always nice and respectful.. a very clean store.. get my food fast.. could be faster but at lunch time it's always very busy..

Great place to get a quick healthy meal and at a decent price. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Natalie goes above and beyond to make sure your dining experience enjoyable.The ambiance is pretty chill. The Boom Boom Sauce is delicious.

I called this location a day before for a last minute catering request (safety lunch celebration) it's for 100 people and they delivered. On time, good customer service. Would use this location again!

Quick and fresh. Lot of healthy options! Friendly service. Better for takeaway than eating in I think. Ambiance is pretty generic.
