WaBa Grill

They remodeled the place and it looks great. Always clean inside and the food is always fresh. We love all their food options. My wife digs the pant based meat option and I personally like the WaBa bowl. Get the sauce brushed on to reduce your sugar and still enjoy the flavor. It's great. Much better than fast food like the McDonald's. Service is quick and friendly. Love it here.

Out of all the all waba grill's i've ever been to , this one was so stingy with chicken and on top of that whoever was the cook on 06/06/2024 at 5:30pm had to be the worst cook i've ever experienced in my life: i'm not even joking. All my chicken was so burnt and hard , i couldn't even enjoy it. It was burned so bad when i tried biting into it , it had this nasty burnt taste to it. I've been a local for years but after this incident, i'm never coming back to this one. Waba Grill Do Better!

I've always received great service here. Everyone is nice and helpful. The food is also always delicious, however I do think that they're pricey for rice and a protein. They also have their store clean each time I come so I think that's a plus.

Good food. Very clean and friendly staff. I got the steak bowl with veggies and meat only.

I never tend to leave a bad review and I never let reviews convince me. But this waba grill is the worst I've ever been to. The first time I went the rice was hard not even edible. Today I went again and this time the chicken was hard ‍

ordered salmon plate , and waba bowl . Specifically asked for veggies , and didn't get the veggies we paid for . Waste of time to drive all the way back . If you come here , check your bag before leaving because 9/10 they didn't get it right.

This isn't the first time waba Grill has given me a little bit of protein but this location takes the cake for the stingiest. I get home and open my planspired bowl and find this sad empty bowl. Like did the employees look at this n say yeah this is enough. It wasn't even busy just my bf and I there. Literally 8 full pieces. Compared to my bf's waba bowl, they gave me like not even half of what he got. Smh. ‍

Nick working 5/2/24 around 2:00pm is the most incompetent employee I have ever experienced. His lack of experience really shows and he should not be dealing with customers. Give him a role where he can excel, maybe cleaning the tables or something but keep him away from customer service. Do better, retrain or something.

I only come here because it's near my job. But the quality of the food is not the same as other locations. I've had issues before but today I ordered steak and chicken bowl and received only chicken. It's not that big of a deal I get it but something always seems to go different than expected. Worst waba I've been by far.
