Vin Di Cool

Absolutely LOVE this venue! Got married here last month, 3/16 & had the best time. Jeff, the owner was so helpful from the beginning. We booked this venue May 2018 & when January came around, it was crunch time & he was making everything happen. It was supposed to rain on our wedding day ( had been raining so much during March) & Jeff was preparing to put up a clear tent in case it did, but we had the most gorgeous day in March. It was 80 degrees & sunny! It was such a perfect day. The food and wine were both delicious. We had lots of food leftover & Jeff packed it up and put it in our car ready for us to take it. All of our guests had a great time & we had so many compliments about the venue. Someone even called my mother in law & asked her for details of the venue because she loved it so much, she wants to renew her vows there. Overall, I would recommend Vin Di cool for this who want a all inclusive venue (minus a few things) because honestly, Jeff coordinating and taking care of the big things definitely was a huge help. Love this Venue! This review is long over due (and maybe a little long too, but I remember when I was planning a wedding, this kind of info was so helpful. Hope this is helpful to you!). My daughter was married here on 6-24-17 and since she was living up North at the time, it was me who coordinated this wedding with the Venue Owner Jeff. Let me first start off with the pros & cons:Pros:Very pretty and well kept property for an outdoor wedding.Prices are fair and affordable.Owners are responsive, friendly, flexible and easy to work with. Willing to customize to your needs/wants at a fair price (many things no addtl. charge). Serving staff, parking staff, bar staff were prompt, helpful and friendly. No complaints from any of our guest, and I asked. Our guests had a GREAT TIME, I am still hearing how much fun the wedding was and what a beautiful place Vin Di Cool is . If I had to do it over, I would gladly book this venue again. Cons:Ceremony Seating- Be sure to ask for extra benches to be set up. We had a little over 100 guests and there was not enough seating with two benches wide per side and 9-10 rows deep. Many guests stood off to the side in the shade.No shade during ceremony so it's HOT at 5pm in the summer. Plan accordingly (get extra rentals for umbrellas, or some kind of canopy if you want shade) or do what we did and keep the ceremony SHORT! The lack of shade was no problem after the ceremony as the reception area has trees and it's cooler just a little later. Buffet- While my guest said they enjoyed the food, its was a little slow of a process as there was only one side of the buffet open (not a double sided buffet) and they serve you, not a serve yourself, so it moved a little slow. Also, one set of salt and pepper shaker to use at the end of the buffet. No salt and pepper on the tables where it should be. This also slowed the buffet line some, not bad, but how are you even supposed to know if you need to salt your food until you sit down and taste it. Also, it was your little round cardboard salt and pepper shakers... I would recommend asking for REAL salt and pepper shakers on each table. I know this sounds petty, but when you have 100 people eating at once, you need salt and pepper on the tables. Easy fix. That's it. We didn't have any issues with the food being cold or not having enough as other reviews stated. After all the tables were served they opened the line up for 2nd's to anyone that wanted them and then offered us any leftover food to take home. I will say that Jeff is super nice and easy to work with but he is go, go, go and he does a great job at keeping track of things. With that said, I recommend YOU be organized and follow up your conversations with emails or texts as you should with any vendor. He is not planning your wedding, he is providing a venue. Vin Di Cool did a great job on following through with their commitments to our event. They were also helpful and accommodating with our personal decorations and things we brought in and, when time allowed, helped us set up and take down our stuff as well as their own stuff.I recommend shopping around, I did, and I can say I was very happy with this Venue.

This was the perfect venue for our perfect day. Everything was so comfortable and accommodating. The food was amazing, the DJ was awesome, and the entire staff was so helpful and nice. We received so many compliments from our guests. We wish we could do it all over again!

Where do I begin! This venue was so amazing and our expectations were all met. The staff was super friendly and amazing. There aren't enough words to thank Jeff and describe how awesome he was. He made this experience so amazing and hassle free. Everyone at our wedding mentioned that I looked to calm, I owe it all to Jeff. From the initial meeting and letting him know what we were looking for to the small detail of the color scheme he was so helpful and made it easy. The bridal suite is awesome and very spacious. The grounds were so lush and green and very beautiful. The food was delicious, we had a buffet style dinner with the brisket, chicken in white sauce, green beans, mashed potatoes and a salad. It was so delicious and filling. The wine is amazing and such a nice compliment with the food. I can thank Jeff and his staff enough for making our day so amazing and wonderful. Our guests enjoyed themselves to the fullest and had nothing but compliments about the venue. The DJ, Toby was awesome and easy to work with. The music was amazing. Jeff thank you so much for making this the wedding of my dreams.

My daughter and now husband, just had a beautiful wedding at "Vin Di Cool". The property was beautiful. They had a late afternoon wedding and the style was rustic with beautiful outdoor lighting and so many servers and bar tenders. The evening flowed very nicely. The candles were lit and that gave an even more romantic look to the reception. Many of the family and friends who attended enjoyed dancing late into the evening. Jeff Cool, our planner/organizer was so amazingly helpful whenever a situation came up. He helped us out with a last minute vegan and set up a table when some family was not able to find seating together. The workers were all very friendly and accommodating. My mother who has a walker was able to get a nice chair in the shade and enjoyed most of the reception. Everyone truly loved this venue. Loved this beautiful day.

This is a beautiful venue with fantastic hosts!! My daughter was married here on 4/19/2018 and we couldn't have been happier with the venue and all the staff. It was an amazing day and Jeff and his staff made it perfect for our family. The all inclusiveness is a huge perk compared to other venues we checked. The easy process with Jeff is relaxing and helps in the stress of planning a wedding. We would highly recommend Vin di Cool to anyone looking for a intimate setting in a gorgeous Vineyard without the Temecula prices!

This is a beautiful venue for weddings and other events. Located in South Corona, it is easy to access. The setting is beautiful, lush and green. The hosts are kind, caring, and desire to make your event truly special.

This was by far, the best wedding we could have asked for, and went well beyond all our expectations. Everything went smoothly and we got so many compliments on such a beautiful wedding venue. The bride's room was perfect for the bride, bridesmaids and her family. It is so very beautiful & comfortable. The owner, Jeff, made sure everything was exactly as we desired. He was very efficient and remained courteous all evening. The appetizers served during 'cocktail hour' were delicious, and unlike other weddings where you have to be 'in the right place, at the right time' to get any appetizers, there were servers everywhere! Everyone loved the wine, and the food was absolutely fantastic and lots of it! All leftover food was neatly packaged and ready for us at the end of the evening. We didn't have to lift a finger. The DJ had worked with the bride & groom to make the music perfect all night long. We can't think of one thing that didn't go as planned, or anything we would change. We were only sorry to have to leave!

I had my wedding at this place. It was a total let down. The owner made many promises that he never kept. The owner "Mr. Cool" also supplied the DJ who was terrible. The DJ didn't know what he was doing, screwed up our first dance and kept making mistakes the entire wedding. The owner got in my face the day before the wedding over the deal we had already made in writing and wanted to go back on it and made the experience terrible. The food was minimal and my guests were not allowed to have seconds even though there was more food and at the end of the night we were pushed to leave fast. The waiters (the owners kids) were seen taking our food for themselves at the end of the night. The owner's wife was rude during our wedding. I really recommend avoiding Vin Di Cool Vinery at all costs otherwise you will regret having it there for as long as your married. Vin Di Cool is two faced. He acts like your best friend to sell you the venue then gets very rude and frugal once the actually ceremony day comes.

Venue was the perfect place for my husband and I to share our special day with our family and friends. Intimate / backyard feel, but still feels like a traditional wedding space. Jeff was so easy to work with and makes sure your vision is achieved. And best part- all inclusive and reasonably priced. Location was great and secluded. Was easy for our guests to get to from the LA and SD areas. Many hotels near by, along with restaurants for night before and morning after (Jeff even recommended a few) we received so many compliments on the venue from our guests. My husband and I will forever cherish the memories made at Vin Di Cool. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
