Vera Mae's BBQ

Talk about a great food truck! The brisket was full of flavor! Had the brisket Mac N Cheese burrito and the touch of jalapeños was over the top! The size of that burrito was Not expected. Would visit them again!

Man oh man I had the opportunity to try Pork Ribs, Dino Ribs and Mac and Chee Brisket Burrito with Jalapeno. This is without question the best BBQ I've had in California since I've been back from Texas. It's not often that you find Dino Ribs on a food truck. Especially since Dino Ribs are usually sold alone upwards of $23.00 a pound. They actually give you 2 sides for $22.00. This is a deal folks. Dino Ribs have the Prime Rib still attached and that is to me nothing better from the Cow. Pork ribs were tender and had a very nice bark. They can be found Hamilton Family Brewery in Ranch Cucamonga on Thursday's. That's where I found them. From now on I'll be looking for them on Thursdays in the day time with a flashlight. Definitely have to try this one.

First time trying Vera Mae's and we were so disappointed. The food was very bland. We ordered nachos and it came with liquid nacho cheese, meat, sour cream and pickled jalapeños. I was disappointed that I paid $15 for something that was mostly prepackaged or came out of a can. We also got a side of potato salad and the Mac and cheese. Again, no flavor. The Mac and cheese was terrible. All you could taste were the overcooked noodles, not even the cheese. The strongest ingredient in the potato salad was the relish. I don't know what was more annoying...over paying for the bland food or waiting almost 35 minutes for bland food.

We had Vera Mae's out for my husband's 60th birthday party. It was fun to have a food truck for the meal. Delvin was very communicative throughout the hiring process, we were able to taste the food ahead of time.p, they showed up on time and were ready to go. Our guests enjoyed the food and having the truck there. Thank you Vera Mae's for sharing our special evening.

Great food!! Loved the Ribs! We will definitely have them back to our community. Service was a little slow but next time we will have preorders which will help.

I had my first experience with veramaes bbq yesterday in eastavle Ca and it was AMAZJNG the ribs fell off the bone great taste, the chicken sliders and the pulled pork sliders were delcious!! All the slides were great mac n cheese potatoe salad and baked beans, everything was hot n fresh! All my family enjoyed the food along with 6 others that ordered from them yesterday! Great job well be back again.

Smoked BBQI had beyond a pleasant palate experience at a recent food truck event at the Fontana Black History Parade on February 24, 2024.The tri tip was not only delicate and tender but also very flavorful WITHOUT any bbq sauce. The chef was so gracious in explaining his process in meat preparation as well. In my opinion, that is a sign of a great cook or chef, the sharing of the process because there's no threat of competition from others.
