Urbane Cafe

Monday, 11-25-2024: Today I treated my friends from the Communications Squadron as a show of gratitude for going out of their way to help me with all my IT needs on base. This was my last week with my retirement officially happening on 11-30-2024.They chose their favorite eatery, Urbane Cafe since they frequent it due to their delicious sandwiches and salads.They weren't kidding! I chose their BBQ chicken sandwich and it was filling and so tasty. They bake their own bread and you can taste the overall freshness of all the ingredients. I could only finish half so I had leftovers---yay!It's so nice, clean, bright, and modern inside. Even their restrooms were pristine. It's not very big inside but they have outside seating where we feasted on our tasty sandwiches. Thankfully, the weather was ideal. I'm glad there is an Urbane Cafe in Temecula! I would live to try their other offerings.

It pains me to right this review. After eating salads here numerous times, we drove all the way home to find a live bug inside a salad. See the video as it crawls around living its best life. This is really unfortunate because I'd been looking forward to enjoying a salad from Urbane all day. The Santa Maria BBQ Salad is akin to a budget BBQ Chicken Ranch Salad from Wood Ranch. The creepy crawly was found in the Cafe Salad. Seeing that all the salads are made within the same area I would assume if there's a bug in one lettuce mix there might just be bugs in them all. With this thought in mind, I promptly drove back to the restaurant to return the salads and ask for a refund. The two staff members I dealt with were very polite and apologized. They offered a refund without question and gave me a coupon for a free entree (that will go unused). Unfortunately, they've lost loyal customers with our family.

Delicious ! And service was awesome ! Californian and Bahn mi sandwiches were incredible !

This was a new place we tried, as my lunch guest is always on the lookout for a new salad place. Both our salads were AMAZING!! The focaccia bread was great too. Would definitely like to go back and try some of the sandwiches also. Service was nice, to the extent you are ordering behind the counter and they bring it to you. It was ready quite quickly after ordering.

Very delicious food! All natural and l loved it! We ate outside on the patio! They brought our food out to us!

Dined in as well as taken out multiple times but placed an order yesterday for their new limited time Antioxidant Salad and ordered it again today because of how good it was! One of the few places around here that never has a single wilted green and the bread is always fresh. Definitely a local gem of a spot!

Food is pretty good. Just a little pricey. The seared ahi tuna is super good, the sauce is very flavorful, just the ratio between rice and tuna is not enough lol need more tuna. It's very fresh. I also got the tomato soup and the tri tip pastrami sandwhich. Very flavorful as well. The bread tasted from scratch and homemade. Very soft and baked pretty well! My husband picked up a to go order and they packaged it very nicely and neatly. Service seemed good. The salad is good too, tastes very fresh and the vinaigrette was a good flavor. A Healthy option with fresh ingredients!

I had a sandwich here once that gave mefood poisoning. Don't let me deter you from trying it once, but the flavors just don't align with my palette. Pretty good service though.

My work orders catering from this place and the food quality is always fresh and delicious. The portion sizes are great as well no matter if it's a salad or a sandwich. I've had all of these in the previous times that we had catering and each time the quality is the same and as great tasting as before. The salads have such unique texture and flavor and ranges depending on the selected salad, the bowls have basically the same with some more carbs, and the sandwiches are a great meal that all taste very fresh. I plan on visiting this location if I am craving this type of food just so I can receive the full experience.

Urbane cafe returner!!!! Can confirm this is the highlight of the IE. The food is just so AMAZING. I took my 13 year-old picky little brother here, and he TOREEEE up his salmon bowl. He loved the rice and sauce on top. The drinks are also 1000000% worth it. This is the only place where I order soft drinks because the agua fresca is so delicious.Be sure to download the app!! I get curbside pick-up and the staff is always so wonderful and friendly.Thank you all for the wonderful dinner.
